I made this order more than 15 days ago with great enthusiasm and my order did not arrive and on the page it appears that it was delivered, neither the parcel nor miniature market have responded to me about it.

Received my Miniature Market game order for four games last week and this one ( Western Legends: Blood Money) was missing from my order with no explanation. Inquiry sent to Miniature Market about the missing game but no response to date. The entire order has been awaiting completion for over a year! Poor service and communication on Miniature Market's part for a longtime customer.

The box was good, lots of bubble-wrap, damaged book….dropped on the corner before it went in the box. Sent multiple emails, called and made to leave messages…and no word—-no return process.

I ordered a miniature and when it sat in processing for 1.5 weeks, I decided to reach out to customer service. There I got no response from email, when I called it went straight to voice-mail. After 2 weeks, I reached out about canceling the order and then it went from processing to shipped so it felt like it took threats to get anything going. I've returned my order and I'm still waiting for customer service to reach out about my refunded. I had heard great things about MM in the past but my experience was not a great showing.

Ordered the above, however Miniature Market sent me an item from the Grymkin faction. And I figured 'fair, enough. Mistakes happen, but this should be easy enough to fix.' So I tried calling and sending emails. However after two weeks I haven't gotten any response. So after getting this email asking me to review the product, I figured this is the closest I was going to get to hopefully getting someone to notice, and send me the product I actually purchased.

I don't know how to start this but I felt very underwhelmed with my first and most likely final purchase from your site(Btw I was recommended to you guys from the forums and how good you're orders arrive on time). I pre-ordered the new Marvel Champions character, with $10 priority shipping and an additional $5 for higher customer priority when shipping happens. I did this in August, the product comes out officially on Sept 16th. It is October and I was randomly remembered my order due to ads. So I immediately went to my emails and the website. My product never shipped and the store pages still said pre-order. I immediately checked all other sites and I can get said product in less than 2 days. Frustrated I contacted support. And magically the next day, I get a "Product is shipped" email. I'm sorry but Everytime this happens, I assume/know that someone read the email and immediately shipped Said product outta fear of being lazy or something. I didn't receive an email back from Support until after my product was delivered and the email was like " Sorry we're having delayed orders and it says here you're product was already shipped on October 4th". And it's like... Yeah no duh. And I had to reply again to get a refund on the customer priority thing. My product arrived almost half a month late with no responses or anything. No reminders, no Sorry for the delayed preorder or anything. And said product never shipped until I complained to support. This is a really bad first impression as a consumer and honestly I might never order from you guys again. I'm just gonna go and order directly from Asmodee next time.

I'm sure the miniatures themselves are fine but I never received my order and I've been back and forth over the last month just trying to get a replacement or refund to no avail. Customer service takes forever to respond if they ever decide to. I will not be ordering from them again and would recommend against it from anyone.

Ordered a pack of 100 themed sleeves for my commander deck. The pack came with 96 sleeves. Been waiting two weeks for a response from customer service and haven’t received a response yet.

Ordered this 1 game on 8/18. Received 9/5 in a box quadruple the size needed for this tiny game. Abysmal shipping service and wasteful packaging.

I ordered Azul gift wrapped for my nephew's birthday - when the package arrived it contained Gloomhaven instead. When I reached out about this they sent a UPS label for us to return, along with a message saying that we need to reach out once sent so they could ship us Azul. So basically holding the game that I already bought hostage until they received the game they sent out by mistake. Went along with it and responded the next day when Gloomhaven was in the mail. No response for 2 weeks. I followed up at that point and nothing again for several days. I finally threatened to do a chargeback on my card unless refunded which got a response in less than 24 hours. Do yourself a huge favor and purchase your games elsewhere

Not a great experience the product that I received was already open. They did give me a small reimbursement but not a lot.
