I enjoy the mechanics of the game, but wow, it plays fast! This is a race game for sure. Played it multiple times, with between 2 and 5 people and it moved fast (like 1 hour) each no matter the player count. My game group had differing opinions, some thought it was too linear, and some liked it. I'm somewhere in the middle at this point.

I threw this in my order when it was on sale for $1, I was unsure what to expect but for $1. I didn't really care. It's about a 1/2 inche square little thing. It had some extra resin on the bottom which needed to be shaved down so it sat flat.

The game was delivered in perfect condition. My only complaint is that I could have gotten the game a couple weeks earlier on another website had I not pre-ordered it here and bought it on release day.

I'm a bit concerned on the quality of the resin. Seems okay but it is obviously 3d printed and I'm not sure the quality of the printer as it looks a bit sus. I've had other resin casts that are much better. I worry if this is truly the direction PP is taking.

Y'all were great until you took away price match and started raising prices and not carrying as much interesting 3rd party publisher-type stuff for TTRPGs and wargames. Before then, you also took away price match for sellers who met all your criteria based on employee whim at times, which was not cool. I've also had too many shipping hiccups over the years compared to with other companies. Always friendly customer service in-store, though! I'd just like to see better/more competitive pricing, and more variety in miniatures (Warlord Games, Northstar, Fireforge, Perry, Victrix, Gripping Beast, and more make great historicals with multipacks, for instance).

Overall the mini is good quality paint wise and durability wise. The only downside was it was too small, should have been 1/2 to 1 inch taller

This is probably one of the worse sets in the icons blind box sets. The fact that most of the boxes contain only medium and small minis really takes the fun out of unboxing. I got one large mini from the regular boxes and the two guaranteed big ones in the super box. Overall the paint and sculpts are the best they've ever been, but I feel like this set just didn't have the bang for my buck other sets (like fangs and talons) has. Still love wizkids though!!!!

Not very favorable experience with miniature market as a vendor. I ordered several miniatures and found them unsatisfactory. I won't blame miniature market for the low product quality. But I found the return policy pretty lean. I was required to pay return shipping, and then was subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is a bit much. And so returning about a $60 order I end up maybe getting $30 back - still better than paying $60 for some miniatures destined for the trash, but not an experience that inspires me to shop here again.

Got a Dragon Wyrmling with a wing missing, and some of the miniatures have bent parts. Aside of that... pretty good.

Everything about my purchase was good. The shipping was quick. When I opened the shipping box (there was some damage to the box, but the packing material was undamaged) I noted immediately that a couple of the corners took a little smoosh. Nothing major, but definitely noticeable damage. Due to the fact that the packing bubble wrap was well intact, I cannot be sure if the damage existed prior to shipping or happened during shipping. I will purchase from MM again, but this particular purchase only gets 3 stars.

It was easy to order and there was prompt delivery, two of the game boxes were crushed on one side, but thankfully all of the components were fine. This probably could have been avoided if they were packed better in the shipping box, when I opened the shipping box it was mainly empty with very little packing. They were so crushed I double checked to make sure I didn’t buy a ring&dent (I didn’t). That being said, I’m not sure if I will order from miniature market again, potentially if there is a large sale. I’m also not sure if I would be willing to risk the ding &dents since my non ding &dent games were so crushed.

So, the parcel got send to my home. I was working and instead of leaving it where I specified, they send it back. To the USA. Im in Germany. Eh.

Shipping was slower than expected, and I didn't get my minis in time to use in my campaign. Price was great, and communication was excellent.

A pair of items from my on hold order were missing when I requested it be shipped. They did not advise me and I did not find out until I checked my order. When I asked for a resolution, they refunded promptly, but did not offer any other recompense or alternative resolutions.

Miniature Market does offer good deals and a decent Free Shipping option, but the customer service has become awful. I know there was a move to a new warehouse some time ago. However, for a move that happened such a long time ago, it shouldn't be affecting their customer support line nor their e-mail response time. It's simply not acceptable.

First order didn’t process for over a month and then shipped without a tracking number and was lost. When I was finally able to contact customer support (after they had closed all communications for a few weeks), MM pulled through with a replacement.

I like Miniature Market. Customer service got back to me recently about an issue I had with a preorder and they eventually gave me a satisfactory answer. When they had product in, it shipped quickly and with ease. I was appreciative of their communication, even if my product arrived later than I wanted it to.
