It took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to receive my package. Customer service was good about pushing my order through the phases when I called, but the fact that I had to call to get my package pushed through the phases is frankly appalling. The package arrived in good condition, though.

My game came in a timely manner, but the box was pretty banged up. As I have no plans to sell the game, I decided to keep and play rather than spend the time to get a new one, but it was pretty disppointing!

Order arrived eventually, but it took almost six weeks without any preorders or holds, and no updates. Eventually I reached out to them and was told that part of the order was at the old warehouse, so they split the order for me and both arrived within a week or two after that.

I gotta say, I was very disappointed with this order. Like not the product, its fine (I wish it was made of something more substantial but ce la vie). But the process, I pre-ordered this months ago and had no update no communication, I was totally thrown to the wind. And that's not even to say about the other order I haven't gotten.

It took exceedingly long for my product to begin shipping. Furthermore, it arrived damaged, as the bottom left corner of the box has a massive dent that cannot be repaired. Considering that along with shipping this cost only a few dollars less than the same product on Amazon, I'm extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering anything from this vendor ever again.

Miniature Market is a new company to me. I don't like the dominant "big online dealers", and I rather give my business to the smaller guys. My first order was great and satisfactory. My second order is still pending because the dice included in the order haven't been released yet. However, this third order wasn't so great. One product was incomplete, and the book wasn't in new condition. It doesn't give me a lot of faith in placing a fourth-order.

I feel like Miniature Market was kind of already becoming Asmodee before it was bought by Asmodee. Sales haven't really been compelling in a while and the availability of the preorders I wanted was really the only reason I chose this retailer.

The price was good and the shipping time was good but the product box arrived very damaged while the shipping box was immaculate meaning the put it in and shipped it in a damaged condition. For what an Armada Super Star Destroyer costs I don’t expect a damaged product box.

Unfortunately this was a long standing pre-order and miniature market shipped with no notice. I had moved and since they never verified the address, I was never able to receive the product as it was no sold out and lost. I did appreciate that they compensated me for the blunder but I hope to see a new process where they notify earlier on when shipping will occur if it is a back ordered or pre ordered item.

Only vaguely looked like the picture. Also, the packing was ridiculous. Received 3 small figures in a 14"×18"×12" box. Why?

Cards in general where ok but I received my package unsealed as in the booster box was just left open in the box what the heck.

Took almost a year to get now we have Covid and I won't open it yet to play!! Not ordering preorders anymore!

I will no longer buy multiple bricks from MM. Every time I do so, I get duplicates on the rares, and NEVER the desired ones. In this case, out of the 6 rares, two were duplicates, and both lower value ones (Galeb Duhr & Androsphinx). It happened when I bought multiple bricks of Elemental Evil, Rage of Demons, and MM1 as well. Don't know if it's a sorting issue with WhizKids, or MM has a way to detect the valuable boxes within bricks, but from here on out, I will buy my bricks elsewhere & use MM to source the individual mini's I need to fill out the collection. It's a shame, as I am an avid collector with over 2k minis, and complete sets of Harbinger thru Storm Kings Thunder, but the convenience of using MM for all my mini needs is offset by the lack of variety and value when I buy bricks.

We do not have prior knowledge of the contents of the units as the manufacturer only guarantees each booster pack will contain 4 figures in total: 1 large and 3 medium or small figures; they do not offer any guarantee each case would contain 1 of every rare figure. I love the game. It was shipped in bubble wrap and was perfect. However, I paid $15.00 for “priority” economy shipping and the item took 15 days to be delivered. I understand they have no control over what UPS/USPS does, but to even offer a choice of “priority” that takes over 2 weeks is a flawed, and misleading practice. They should drop this service.

If this game was only available in Ziplock that should have been noted somewhere before I ordered. While I am pleased with the game I am not pleased with this lack of transparency from the sales department. The sale of an item without notifying that it’s bagged and not in a box is misleading, questionable, and dishonest practice.
