“Sent me pieces that don't match in colour or pattern. Responded to my emails initially then ghosted me. Since the items are unusable as is they have essentially STOLEN HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME.”

The quality of material is subpar you can literally see through it. They claim that it protects from spills as long as you wipe up the spill right away or better yet not have liquid near the sofa. And they lie about their risk free guarantee. They will not refund your money.

“I ordered these sofa covers to provide protection from pet damage. Within one day, the covers were torn up, as was my leather couch. I've been trying to contact the company for months to get a refund and they don't respond; they just keep sending promotional emails. Super expensive couch utterly ruined, plus out a couple hundred dollars for these useless covers. This company is an utter scam. If I could give negative stars, I would.”
“I ordered a sofa cover for my 3-seater leather lazyboy sofa that has seen better days. I installed the cover and it works great for our sofa. I do recommend getting one of these if you are thinking of throwing out your couch because it is worn. It's well worth it to just put on a cover and go about your life.”
