Mirraw India/online is disaster all around. Their customer service is laughable, their communication is not reasonable. They asked me to take pictures of the items ordered and send it back via email unbelievable. They will not refund customers. I think they like money but there is a proper way to earn money. I was communicating with they from 5/18/2023 to 11/15/2023 daily emails. The amount was $144.80. they said it cannot be solved because is more than 7 days old problem, that same day called, BBB, Online business regulations, and finally local bank that owns the credit card that I used
I was refunded within 72 hrs”

I ordered two Indian men kurta set from Mirraw. One was nice and it fitted my son well. The other kurta set blue embroided silk sherwani. Product ID: 3141885 did not fit my husband well and I posted it back in good faith that I will get the refund of the item.
I posted this item and paid £17.99 for postage.
Total cost: 46.32 for the item + 17.99 for post= £64.31
I did not receive any refund for my item.
I tracked my delivery and found that the recipient refused to accept the delivery and returned. I have not received this post back!
I called up customer services so many times and spoke to an agent called Shankar who does not help. I also submitted a query form at Customer services to help refund for my item, they do not reply.
I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with Mirraw customer services.
They should not be dealing with International customers as in foreign countries these issues are dealt with utmost care and refunds are processed.
I hope no international customer buy any items from Mirraw because if anything goes wrong with the order, they do not help!

“I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.”

I am based in Germany. I ordered a dress (order number: M102171622) and when I got it (after 1000 years), I see that it is not fitting me properly! Based on my estimation, I thought of a specific size but later I found I should have gone for a different size. Ideally, in Germany or in any civilized country, you can return the product within certain days without any question or giving a proper reason. But you can return. But in Mirraw, the answer to return is NO!
First, it will take 1000 years to deliver. With the delivery process, they provide ABSOLUTELY no information/update! So you don't know what's going on with the product.
And last but not the least, they have the worst return policy on earth! Not only do you need to bear the shipping cost to India, but you also are not even allowed to return the product if it does not fit you, or if you don't like it after receiving it. So if anything seems nice to you online, you order and after receiving you see it is not what you expected, then boom! you are screwed! it's your fault and you can not send it back and they will not give you money or make any exchange!
It feels like they are some random needy people from India who desperately needs money and they will find every loophole to refuse your claim! Unbelievable!”
“First of all, a very poor customer service. Most of all the products are very low quality. I have ordered 5 items but only received 3 items. 25 days gone since I placed my order and I am still waiting to receive 2 more items. Their support team is full of joke, every time I contact I have to send the same thing again and again. They don't pass the information from one guy to another. Hardly you will receive a reply only the option is to email the support review@mirraw.com but you will not receive any reply or phone call.
