I ordered a dress almost a month ago, I just got one email from them confirming my order, I never got the next one to track my order! I emailed them and they said it was with their overseas courier and should be with me soon! Still no sign of it and my emails are not being replied to! Dress is paid for and everything! Would not recommend this website!

This is the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with I ordered £77 worth of items at the beginning of may I returned all items as the quality is shocking and Looks nothing like on the website 18 th may I returned them recorded delivery and since then I’ve sent over 30 emails Order details and tracking reference no And still no refund and there response is We are busy and just keep asking for the same order details Disgusting customer service no chat line ever open No phone no to speak to someone I’m disgusted that they can keep your money and treat customers like this

Awful company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Still waiting for a refund 2 months later, despite returning parcels via Royal Mail tracked and them confirming they received them, and stating they issued my refund. I have chased this up numerous times and heard nothing. I think this company believe I will give up but I won’t. I’ll take this to the small claims court if that’s what it takes. It isn’t even about the money at this point, it’s the principle I have given them 5 working days for them to respond to my email and if not I will start my application with the courts. Why should I be spending my own time chasing my money?

Ordered dress 10 days ago, paid for next day delivery and still haven't received it!! Sent emails and Facebook messages but no reply. Awful awful customer service. AVOID

Honestly don’t bother ordering from this company as they send out wrong items, take such a long time to get a refund and never respond to messages.

Returned my items nearly a month ago and they still haven’t processed my refund. They have stopped replying to emails. Don’t use!

I returned some items since December 2021 and now it's already May, I am still waiting for a refund of £100+. Tried emailing them and messaging them via the FB chat which they will reply eventually to say the refund has been processed and can take up to ten working days. I have done this a lot of times and have been responded by Rebecca, Lidia, Noreen, Wendy, Julie all saying the same thing that the refund has been processed and will take up to ten days for it to reach my account which it never does!! Avoid this company at all cost as you won't get your money back!!!

Received the wrong item in March which was promptly returned requesting a full refund. 2 months later and still no refund. Repeated requests from Missfiga for the same information when I’ve emailed them - order number/ tracking number/ replace item etc - all questions have been answered promptly. I would just like my money back. Simple. Would not recommend this company due to very poor communication and customer service.

If I could give this company zero stars I would !!!!!! Still not had my refund after 5 weeks message them and get the same response they want your tracking details then what you have sent back then you don’t hear anything. Amazing how they don’t have a phone line either. Honestly don’t buy from this company they owe me £70 absolutely disgusting !

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS Ordered three dresses (at a cost of over £70), however only two were sent. I emailed them in great detail (as no customer services telephone number) to advise of missing item, however took nearly a week to respond. When "Michelle" replied it was as if as though she hadn't read my email as she was asking what dress was missing! Three weeks later I'm still waiting for a response to my second email (which I have resent 4 times). I have contacted them via Facebook and Twitter but my requests for them to get in contact have been ignored. Utter joke of a company. I will never buy from this shoddy company again. Will be reporting company to Trading Standards

They have had my return since 1st April and still haven’t refunded me. They have asked me for tracking information which I sent them and then when I’ve chased for my refund the only response is to ask the exact same question again. I will be reporting them to PayPal. Avoid this company!!

My items were returned and signed for by Missfiga on 18th March. Have sent around 10 emails and still no refund. They keep asking for order number and what items were returned. I have already sent this and photos. I would never order from them again. They are a disgrace to the consumer.

Came quicker than I had paid for but and the item was great quality. Haven’t tried it on yet but the colour and print is true to the image kine. Thank you 😊

Refund takes forever to process, paid for tracked delivery, aware that they have received it and are doing anything they can to avoid giving me my money back. Will definitely not buy from here again, wish I’d read the reviews sooner.

Bought a jacket at the beginning of June but I didn't like it so sent it back.waited weeks for a refund as checked the tracking and the item had arrived for return 2 days after I posted it. I emailed them and sent my proof of return and they said they had put it through but coukd take 14 days that was at the beg3of July... It's now the beginning of August and still no refund!!! Emails were getting replied to at the beginning but they are getting ignored. Never again will I buy from this company. Shocking customer service and tbh the clothes look nothing like they do in the pictures. AVOID!!

I used to love Missfiga! The clothes were fab but then i gained weight during lockdown. I started to be in between dress sizes so i ordered different sizes. Heres where the problems began, i had to chase up numerous times for refunds. I got them in the end but i lost faith in them so will no longer order. Disappointing really as i liked the clothes but it was costly sending them back which is not ideal when struggling with weight changes.

Placed an order for next day delivery. That evening I got an email to say my parcel had been dispatched. Next day no further email/text when updates on the package so I contacted the company to confirm that’s delivery was still taking place. I was then told ‘sorry the item is out of stock and they will process a refund’! How can they send me a dispatch email when the item was out of stock and only told me when I contacted them! Awful company would never buy from them again!! Let’s just hope they refund me now otherwise I will be contacting the CEO!
