This is a terrible company to use, and I would advise avoiding it at all costs. I am having a nightmare getting a refund from them for a returned item, that I sent back over two weeks ago. They do not adhere to their own refunds and returns policy, which states that a refund will be processed 14 days from day of return. They do not reply formally through resolver to case disputes. They lack transparency, and I regret going near them. This is one of the most stressful transactions I have ever made. Avoid them if you want to avoid a stressful consumer experience.

I ordered a shirt & skirt for £22 & £20 but the shirt was very short in length, I also ordered 2 satin dresses, they were awful quality even though they were £30 & £35. I requested a refund, the returns labels with the 2 bar scanning codes was sent to me ( 1 for each of the 2 packages I was returning. I returned them and was given the proof of posting emails for both packages, a few days later Misguided sent 2 emails to confirm they had received BOTH my packages. I waited for refund....and waited. After a week I started looking at reviews and realised Misguided are notorious for robbing customers of their refunds! I sent an email asking what was going on...NO REPLY, I sent another, still nothing, and another. I searched and found 2 contact phone numbers for Misguided and I tried calling, MASSIVE RED FLAG, BOTH NUMBERS FOR MISGUIDED WERE "INVALID"!!!, I eventually got on to their live Chat line and spoke ( txt ) with a CS advisor, she said eventually would sort it, she went off then came back saying I was entitled to £14.30!!! I thought What the heck! I didn't even order anything for £14.30 so where the heck did she pluck that sum up from!!!, she went off to " delve a bit deeper" and came back saying I was due just £30.00 refund! as I only sent 1 package back! I was not impressed! I told her I sent back 2 packages I have the proof and Misguided themselves sent confirmation emails to say they had received BOTH PACKAGES!!! The cheeky****told me to go away and check my facts as I'm obviously "Confused!!! I calmly asked if she could give me a reliable email address so I could send her all my evidence, eventually she gave me EXACTLY THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT HAD BEEN IGNORING ALL MY CORRESPONDENCE!!! at that point she hung up! I hoped for the best and emailed all of my evidence, proof of posting BOTH packages, proof Misguided received BOTH, I sent every bar codes tracking numbers, all the evidence I had and... MISGUIDED IGNORED THEM AND FINALLY BLOCKED ME, ALL MY EMAILS BOUNCED BACK AS UNDELIVERED!!!! I am of course LIVID!!!! Dear Customers please don't get stung like I did. Just because these sites are big well known sites/companies that does not for one second automatically mean they're trustworthy and honest. Misguided know damn well they are keeping OUR hard earned cash and must be called out for their dishonesty. I am making an official complaint and will continue telling of the disgraceful treatment I and so many others have received from Misguided.

Well they tried to steal my money and keep the items. Even went as far as lying that they were shipped until DHL confirmed they were still at their warehouse. They sent me only one of my six items I ordered and really tried to lie. I had to raise hell just to get some help. Then when they admitted they didn’t even package it up yet, they sent an email to a random person about my order. ATROCIOUS customer service. TERRIBLE. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

My order was automatically refunded because the items I ordered were out of stock, then why didn’t it say this when I was putting it into my basket and now after I’ve paid, missguided desktop need to update their website and availability of items, I’m really annoyed

I placed an order for £149 and then noticed that the size of one of the items was wrong. I “live chatted” them to ask what I should do and the lady ( who called herself Anna) said it’s no problem, I have cancelled that order for you, just go ahead and redo the order. So I did , and low and behold the next day 2 packages arrived and misguided took 2 lots of £149 out of my account. So I thought, it’s ok I will just return the duplicate order and get a refund. I did this and now misguided say that that their warehouse staff say there were only 3 items in the package I returned so are unable to refund me my money , only issue me with a credit note. What a con! I will never buy from this company again, and don’t advise anyone to do business with them because they just lie to you. There is no telephone number for you to ring, to speak to or reason with a human being. Very frustrating.

So so so so so disappointed with the service man, it was frikking terrible!! I ordered from them on black friday and not only did they send the order out late (it was meant to be a guaranteed next day delivery) but they also missed out a 60 pound order in my parcel. You can't even bloody contact these guys via phone;only by email and over email, they're not helpful whatsoever. It has been like 4 days since I have been emailing them back and forth it is ridiculous man...the coat I ordered was present on my order...it's there on the online order history!!! but it wasn't even on the receipt man...then on the email they're like ''oh it will take us 5 days to contact the courier service''...IT'S NOT GOT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE COURIER...IT WAS ONE SINGLE PARCEL AND SOME IDIOT FROM YOUR COMPANY CLEARLY CAN'T PROCESS ORDERS IF THEY ARE MISSING OUT ITEMS....SOOOOOOO ANNOYED MAN! I feel like I am constantly talking to a wall!! NEVER EVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. The site looks great, the clothes are sold at an average price. Due to those reasons, I didn't suspect Missguided to be a sketchy website before placing a $150 order. I was supposed to receive my clothes days before my birthday. Welp, birthday is gone and my clothes aren't here. I was told I was high risk and that they would need to see my drivers license and a bank statement to confirm my identidy AFTER THEY SO PROMPTLY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I thought it was risky, but I did it anyway and was told everything checked out and I would receive my clothes. Now, I have been told since I never provided my information my order has been cancelled. WTF? I'm emailing back and forth and getting these generic responses and no one is helping rectify this issue. I was told to reorder the clothes. You still have my money and I am not going to throw away an additional $150. I am so furious and disappointed.

I know a lot of people have a bad experience with missguided as is shown by all the comments I see on instagram and online. However, I think missguided is perfectly adequate. I know they're not perfect but I think maybe people have too high an expectation. Obviously missg isn't going to be answering emails within 2 minutes because who does?! I have been shopping here for over 2 years and this has included ordering, refunding, talking to customer assistance etc etc. I always got a proper refund if I needed, and the clothes were a good standard. Price:quality ratio is very acceptable in my eye, I never expect their clothes to be the best quality but having said that I have a pair of denim shorts that are still going strong, about 10 dresses/tops/skirts still fine. The only thing that actually broke was a top with chains for straps and I'm pretty sure it was my own fault. Overall, I think if you're a bit more patient and learn the tricks for this site i.e. never order next day delivery (it doesn't ever come next day), then you will have a better experience. :)

Worst customer service ever, no way to talk to a real person, impossible to get refund. I tried multiple times to explain problem with order, never received confirmation email so had no order number, the “live” customer service bot (according to the reviews there seem to be only 2 of them, “Charlotte” and “Anna”, so many fake gushing reviews on here, probably written by C and A!!) was no help, and there was definitely a language barrier issue, they just kept repeating the same useless information, never understood that I didn’t have an order number. I finally gave up, which is exactly what they want you to do ... would never order from them again, would give 0 stars if possible.

Ordered a pair of tie dye black/grey joggers. Next day delivery was fulfilled. The material was lovely and soft and comfy. Ordered a size 8 which was quite generous. The disappointment was the crotch of the joggers both back and front was almost on my knees. Think I’ve been sent Mc Hammers trousers. Lol. On the model they were a snug fit around the bottom and didn’t state oversized. Very unhappy because they would have been lovely. Loved the colour. Now in process of returning. Probably won’t order anything else for the reason that the item does not fit as advertised.

Package took a month to arrive, and customer support was not helpful at all. Clothing was poor quality so had to return and spend an extra $8 to return. So basically I’m out of pocket money for a horrible experience and no clothes. Will never order from them again.

I order regularly from Missguided however I will not be using them again. The worst customer service ever !! I am requesting so much about sent my money back to ANOTHER ACCOUNT and they CANT DO IT !! They requested about some ARN number which you are not able to find even anywhere!! How hard it must be to send another account number?! I really don’t understand it.. They just want to make complicated for you!!

I ordered some stuff and paid for next day delivery. The next day I was waiting the whole day for the order to come and it didn't. I am really dissapointed because I paid the money for next day delivery and then they don't even send it.

I have only ever returned items to Missguided three times, once earlier this year and the second and thrid time was last month, i returned two packages at the exact same time to the exact same address, as provided by Missguided. All three times my returns have "gone missing"! ???!!! I didnt follow up with the first package because i forgot about it, but I wont let it go this time. There is ZERO customer support, i have tried contact them on the live chat and facebook and to say they were absolutely useless is an understatement. I dont know how they can get away with this. My next move is to report this company to all the consumer rights watchdogs and I would urge others to do the same. Its not fair, they are clearly keeping customers money wrongfully on the basis of returns "going missing", in my eyes this is a form of THEFT!

I have returned 2 dresses & I have only received the refund for one of my dress and each time I contacted Missguided I've been told that I've either already received the refund or it will take 4-10 days..weeks after I still have not received my refund for my 2nd dress and each time I'm getting fob off by Missguided. The customer service was so poor and to top it all off I cannot get a straight answer to where my refund is or when I will receive it. I am so disappointed with the treatment by Misguided I never thought these things happen any more customer obviously don't come first. Policy and procedures needs to be looked at Missguided I've been so frustrated by your process. Don't bother to shop there it may be at a reasonable price but not good for your mental health if anything goes wrong! You'll might go crazy trying to sort thing out with them! they are quick to take your money but not quick to refund or make things right when they go wrong. They are good at fobbing you off with email....also save yourself the stress don't bother

Quality of clothes are so poor it's ridiculous! I order from them now and again but always end up returning what I buy because clothes are so cheap looking! They have sent me the wrong items before (a tshirt instead of a dress) and I recently bought a dress which came ripped and it ripped down the arm! Their customer service attitude is so irritating with their 'super sorry' and 'peace and love' cr** ! Hate this company with a passion! Terrible clothes and annoyingly awful customer service who just use scripts don't build actual rapper or relationships with their customers

My daughter received an e-mail to say her parcel had been delivered to her flat. On returning home later that day there was no parcel. She has been using the online chat and trying to get someone to call her back . All online chats (copies held) state they are "super sorry for distress" and a supervisor will return her call. Lost count of the times that has happened. She also contacted Yodel who referred her to Misguided as her contract is with them. Misguided say they have contacted Yodel and driver states he has delivered parcel. My daughter has checked with neighbours and nobody has received anything for her. There was no card through the door and no parcel either. My daughter is a student and cannot afford to lose £40 She is so upset about this and is getting nowhere. The customer service is disgraceful. I have been informed that Misguided are legally obliged to respond to and handle complaints and by not doing so are committing an offence I have provided my details and would be grateful if someone could do us the courtesy of replying in order this matter can be resolved. Everything so far has been completely unacceptable

I ordered a top for my daughter on 5/12 . Received an email a few days later advising they were experiencing delays . On the same day also received an email from Hermes courier advising it had been delivered . So this is where it starts .... I have tried calling over 20 times and have either been cut off , put on hold & cut off or queued for over 30 mins . I then tried emailing , but after no reply I emailed again . When I had a response asking me to complete a disclaimer form for non receipt of my item I thought I was getting somewhere ,how wrong I was !! I've had to chase it up several times by email & you can't get any response by live chat so my last option resorted to posting comments on their Instagram site to which I have received horrendous replies almost finding excuses as to not provinding a refund . The latest is after my numerous posts on social media I have now received an email advising my refund is being processed . Do I believe them ? Absolutely not as other customers have also posted they have been waiting weeks for their refund . I am also waiting for a call at 2pm today from a senior manager so let's see if they fail this too, something tells me they will !! Do not use this company they take your money and their customer service or any care they have for the experience of their customers is quite honestly gutter level
