Absolutely love the apple & pear! They look great in my kitchen window. Super speedy delivery! I only ordered yesterday and to my surprise, they arrived today! Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service. Items purchased were delayed for a significant time, however the company kept in touch with me throughout. Eventually delivered today and love the product.

Very happy with my dining table, fantastic quality and good value. Customer service was also very good and easy to get hold of, would definitely order from here again.

1st order v.disappointed. Received poor quality damaged product but the most disappointing part was the appalling customer service I received afterwards. Grey Agate coasters have deep scratches, sharp edges you could cut your hand on, chips all around the edges and several are green and pink. All I was continuously told was the item is ‘correct’ when I am holding damaged product in my hand! I’m sorry but chipped, scratched and sharp product is not ‘correct’ nor is completely the wrong colour unique. It is poor quality control. I would avoid this company at all costs on the basis that are not prepared to accept responsibility for shipping clearly damaged product. Awful customer experience.

Beautiful rug which unfortunately did not suit our decor. Contacted customer service who were very helpful in arranging a return. Would definitely purchase from this company again

After hearing shabby store had been taken over recently after the previous owners had gone into administration and taken my money for items, I was sceptical about buying again from here. But after reading reviews and articles on the new owners I bit the bullet and ordered the jar I had wanted for a while and everything was perfect! The jar is beautiful and I received emails straight away and right up until it was delivered. I am so glad it is back up and running with genuine people! Thank you

Good Morning, Please allow me to sincerely apologise to hear you have experienced issues with the order you kindly placed with Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby. Regrettably, they went into administration and the company has been purchased by The Rug Seller. As mentioned in my emails to you, we purchased the website and social media accounts from the administrators to expand on the products we offer to our customers and to integrate our systems into the shabby website so we can take the site forward in a more professional manner. We have started trading and hoping to make better connections with customers. When we have purchased the business, we have purchased the stock, access to the site and customer service inbox. As we now use our systems, we do not have any details of any previous orders, order details or addresses etc. As the company went into administration and we have purchased the website and social media accounts from the administrators to continue trading, we have not inherited any previous orders or liabilities, therefore there is no connection with any refunds or funds owing. You would need to contact your bank as you have purchased from Luxury Home Furniture Ltd not from ourselves. I completely understand your frustration and annoyance with this. I would advise in the first instance for you to contact your bank in the first instance and make them aware of the administration. They may be able to assist with retrieving the funds back and advise on the best process. Alternatively, you can contact the administrators "Inquesta" who will work to return what balance may be owed from the sale of the business following administration. Brought a 6.2L Biscotti jar, was a bit dubious at first with previous reviews but the new company seems to be running everything well. Parcel was received the following day, and was the cheapest I could find the product.

I ordered an item at the beginning of November last year , only the base of the sculpture arrived . 3 months of emails …..” yes it’ll be sent out” x more than 20 emails of the same conversation . Then eventually I was ignored like many others . Worst customer experience ever l! I was lucky to get my money back eventually through my credit card chargeback but that was a rigmarole for a simple purchase that should have been a smooth transaction , I now find the new owners are challenging the chargeback ….unbelievable. I have all the proof and photos . Take on a new company deal with the debt or pass it to the administrator.Will never look at this site again. A broken table arrived the year before . I should have known to avoid then!

WARNING please do not order from this company.I ordered back in December a coffee table etc costing £250+ . I had the same response as some of those who have recently put a review . If Shabby knew they were going into administration why where they still taking orders end of Demember for them to say it will be arriving shortly, will get back to you, and then eventually we have gone into Administration. Stay away they will take your money and you will not get anything.

I was a previous customer of shabby so I was reluctant to order again due to not ideal service. However I noticed they were under new management and as they still stocked a throw I liked, I took a chance. I’m glad I did. The service was both personal and impeccable and my items received promptly. Would definitely not hesitate to use again. Thanks

Absolutely shocking store. I ordered an item back in November last year which was to be a Christmas gift. The item has not arrived. I emailed them several times but only received an automated response telling me my order was being processed. Please don't throw your money away by ordering anything from this company.

Regrettably the Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby went into administration, however The Rug Seller have now taken ownership of the company. We have now started trading and to hoping to build stronger relationships with our customers. We have access to the customer service inbox, but unfortunately, we are unable to answer, view or action any enquiries regarding existing or previous orders as we do not have the facilities to locate these details and therefore cannot take further action. You may have received an email previously advising of the administration of the company and who to contact regarding any unresolved queries.
