I had to file a complaint with the Arizona fraud department to receive my refund for a device I had not received after waiting 10 days. The receiving date changed three times. Three times I was told a supervisor would call me and three times they did not. I was grossly overcharged with fees never disclosed such as two months payment up front. I was promised free shipping and was charged for it. I rejected multiple times the $6 per month premium and was charged as well. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have never in my life had to file a complaint with consumer fraud. Until I dealt with Mobile Help. I do have a medical alert device. However, I went with a company that deals with me honestly and doesn't have the deceptive practices of Mobile Help.

I set this up for my father-law. 3 day in the alarm went off. He told them he was fine. They didn't,call any of the four numbers we gave your staff. They call my office at 5:30 in the morning. Ambulance came he mad. I was lied to! We returned it now we have no coverage! Have your staff to do there job there are told to do!

I ordered the service. My father in law passed the next day. On the very next business day, I canceled the order. Nothing was shipped. I was told I would be refunded in the next 30 days. DID NOT HAPPEN!! I called, and was told to wait another 5 days. DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I called again, and was told it would be in my account by end of that business day. Two days later…still not there. I called again, I was told it was put in my accounts, but would not show up for 2-3 days. I expect I will be calling again! Funny how you can take my money out in one day, but you can’t give it back until I have called many times and had to tell my story every single time. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau!!!!! Give me back my money for items you never shipped to me!!!!!!!

I have not had it for long but have a difficulty hearing those on the other end. I have the volume up as loud as it goes and with hearing problems, I may not hear them when I really need them. Might have to switch if it continues.

First of all, I never received my equipment when I was told I would. Then I was told my equipment wouldn't be sent for another 2 weeks. I cancelled and said I wanted my money back. I was given a return number (verification). I waited a couple weeks. Then see the charge on my bank statement. I called right away. I was then told it was put back in my account that day. The girl evidently LIED to me. It has been a week and no credit.

Your account was cancelled prior to shipment on 1/12/23. Payment made using a checking account have a 10 business day clearing period. Prepaid a year for my mother. Received Device. Was not able to activate. Spent an hour with technical support. Sent back device. They sent another device out. I could not activate this one. Spent an hour with technical l support. Sent it back. Took a week to get a prepaid fed ex shipping label emailed to me. Am waiting for my refund.

We do not have very good cell service at our house. But the pendant did not work at our house. I called and was sent a different device that plugged into an outlet. The only place it would get any kind of a signal was the far corner of the living room. The signal was not strong enough to pick up a distress call. I returned both units on 1/3/23. They were received at your facility on 1/5/23. When I called and spoke with a representative a refund would be forthcoming, but hasn't been received yet. The service was good, but I am not happy with the refund process.

Unit didn’t work due to poor ATT signal strength. No mention of or check of signal strength when purchasing unit from salesman. No obvious mention of ATT on AARP ad. Had to return as it was useless. Obtained a different cellular based system and it connected immediately. Would strongly suggest that sales staff try to determine if ATT signal strength is adequate before selling. Will give high marks to tech person that diagnosed problem. He was very nice and very thorough. Now hoping that there will be no hassles getting a full refund. Return label was received and unit sent back.

I believe your practice is deceptive to elderly people. We purchased a system for my mom and dad and when I cancelled on the cost of one system was $50 less than what I paid for 2. Will not promote or support your deceptive tactics. I am in the medical field and will not speak favorably of your company either. Your customer service rep however was very nice.

My father wears the bracelet fall device. He has fallen several times, one of which was a bad fall, and it has never gone off. Granted, some of those falls may have been sliding to the floor, rather than falling.

I was lied to--told that I had a 30-day trial period when my bank account would not be debited. WRONG! I returned my equipment as an unopened box. It took more than two weeks to get my refund--it was refunded, debited again, and several days later it was finally in my account to stay. I won't do business with deceptive companies.

Waited on hold for the next available rep for 15 minutes hung up called at a latter time,still was placed on hold again for 15 minutes hung up deciding it wasn't worth my time I am very disappointed

I ordered a product for my elderly father. We received the product but circumstances changed and my father went into a hospice facility. I returned the product and it was received on Oct. 11th. It is Nov. 8th and I still have no refund. I have reached out to customer care several times. The first time I was told it would take 30 days. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and was told that they attempted to expedite refund back to the card but it was not being accepted. My bank indicated no issues on their end. On the 3rd call, I was advised that a check was sent. Unfortunately, since no one communicated this to me before doing it, the check was now headed to the wrong address as I had moved during all this. Today I spoke with customer care and they said they would stop payment on the first check and send another to the correct address. They also said it would take 7 to 14 business days to be received. I advised that this was unacceptable and they needed to expedite the check to ensure the refund is completed within their 30 day policy. Customer care and a supervisor said they could not do that. I still have no refund. Do not order from this company. They may have a great product but their customer care is awful.

The system was useless and a waste of time and money. It detected a fall but no one could tell us why. My grandmother (who it was for) couldn't hear the operator, there was even one time during testing that I had to hold it to my ear while having everyone in the room be quiet. There is no volume option on the device to turn it up. This is a device for old people, who are often hard of hearing. If you can't hear it, you can't use it. It took several minutes for an operator to pick up EVERY TIME.
