I received this request for a review at about the same time that I began using the device, way too early to have any opinions. Also, I received several similar requests way too early from The Best Company on your behalf. Then I received two recent requests from the Best Company including one today. However, the comment button is 'dead' on both of the recent ones. It appears that you have some problems. Now that I have been using the device and accessories for about two months and have had several conversations with Customer Support, I am pleased and quite satisfied.

I found Mobile Help to be very easy to install and the customer service rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in installing my equipment. Thank goodness: I have needed to use it so far, but it is good to know it is there if needed, as I am often alone at home. My husband does work in a shop where there is no phone service, so if I need help immediately, I am in a good place with Mobile Help.

The ordering and shipping process was seamless and fast. Although, I paid for a year and was charged twice, was told it was a ghost charge and would be redeposited in a few days. It would have been a regret if I were someone who could not do without over $500 for a few days... which I believe there are many of who, that would be a major issue. But all is well and the setup process is easy if you can follow instructions. Have not needed it yet but the real test will come if there is an event. Thank you so much for the piece of mind!

I am very happy with my device and feel very safe and secure, but will need to cancel because I am moving to a community that provides the same type of safety. Thank you so much for the feeling of security in my existing home.

We plan our lives to be successful and safe. We don't anticipate accidents which can happen any time or where! It can be devastating if we are alone and inaccessible to help. Rethink your master plan! I did!

After I fell and was hospitalized for 10 days, I knew I had to do something to feel secure. I reviewed a number of medical alert providers and decided upon Mobile Help. The deciding factor was the customer service. They listened, responded helpfully and encouragingly, and I liked that all of the reps with whom I spoke were both sympathetic and even empathetic.

Each person I talked to was extremely helpful. I was told I would receive a callback “in about an hour” it was 7 hours!!! The young man was very apologetic and took care of my request immediately! I am over the moon!!!!! Thank you!!

Your system is very good and I will rate it 4 stars. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars is because the button on the bracelet should be indented a little bit more, as so one will not accidently push it by mistake when sleeping. Also, you could have a better ban on the bracelet, as the strap keeps coming out of the loops. I don't think the alarm will go off should I need it out in my field. I do intend on keeping your system. Mel

We signed our Mother up for the Mobile Help service because she has had a few falls over the last year and are grateful we did! She has had one false alarm and two falls since she has been wearing the device & it's a relief knowing that this device works as it should! The device, when triggered immediately sends out a text and an email as well as a phone call from a Mobile Help Center operator who dispatched emergency personnel to her location. We haven't tried other devices before signing her up for Mobile Help but we did research all the devices out there and felt this one was the best one on the market for her needs!! I would definitely recommend Mobile Help!!
