I ordered and wore the Help appliance. Too bulky and sensitive. Called company and no problenm sending back Refund due as within 30 days. Sounded so accommodating and helpful. I sent back with info sent me. Had to pay as instructions directed to ups too difficult for me to reach. Then I get different mailing labels, and again more. I cannot find a refund on my charge card. I hope your business is not a scam to take advantage of the elderly. I cannot get a different help service until I get a refund You should give instructions to followed in your first letter. I feel frightened that you are just another company taking advantage of the elderly and isolated. If I am mistaken please let me know when refund will be given.

I do not like that my son was contacted just because my battery was (so called low). Also because my battery was low after less than 2 days, was that the manual says 4 days.

System fails to connect to the tower in our area. For us, this is a common problem ie we live in the mountains that often block signals with our C-phone, Smart Phone etc. Common to experience dropped calls due to weak signals.

Horrible! Took 3 times to ship the correct product we asked for!! Don’t go with them! And than it takes 30 days until you get your refund! We even had to pay for shipping for mobile help mistake!, they did send us return label for first mistake, but rest of mistakes nope we had to pay to ship it back!

i have been trying to call to set-up and always put on hold. i want to cancel my service and need you to send me a return postage mail slip so i can send back all this stuff. my husband went to the verizon store, bought me an iwatch, and got it set-up with all the things that your company provides.

The reps were so nice when I was purchasing the plan. I also paid upfront. After multiple false fall alerts and the large size of the unit I decided to return it. No more nice reps. They also told me it would take up to 30 days for a refund so I notified my credit card company. I paid for my own Fedex return to be sure it got them them in the return window. I would not recommend this company (I'm also sure this won't be posted)

Very unhappy with charge times. Sometimes 7 hours Sometimes 11. Today had to be on charger over 8 hrs before it showed charge.

Very disappointed - I purchased your product for a friend - before I received the unit she went downhill and needed full-time care so I returned the product. I have proof of the return and my Credit Card was not credited for over 3 weeks. I had to get my Credit Card company to file a dispute.

I tried this out and it was too sensitive for me and kept going off. I was told I could get rid of the "fall" part of it and did until I realized that was what I wanted it for. So I returned it WELL BEFORE THE 30 days was up. That was weeks ago and I know it was received and why am I not getting my refund? I will have to dispute the charge on my Amex.

TOLD THE SALES PERSON IT WOULD NOT WORK UNDER ATT SITES AND IT DID NOT WORK !! THE SALES GUY SAID IT WOULD WORK ANYWAY , IT DID NOT AND I HAD TO RETURN UNIT STILL DONT HAVE CREDIT !! I received a phone call telling me all about ur item for sale, I was told it cost me around 29.99 monthly I agree to that and receive the box containing ur product. Before I even got it activated, ur company charged my debit card with a seventy some dollar cost for the product. That was not told to me when I received the call and agreed to buy ur product. I have requested a return label and have sent it back to u, and am suppose to be refunded the seventy some dollars back into my account. I have called Better Business B, about ur company. I would never recommend ur product to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.....
