I’ve been very happy with the system that I have from y’all had a couple things that I had to attend to and it was easy to do once I learn how to do it but I’m very pleased with it

I am happy to have the support of mobile help. I would like for the unit not to be so sensitive, I don’t wanted to go off by being super sensitive.

I was immediately impressed by the no-pressure quote I was provided by MobileHelp as compared to other companies which provide similar services. The information and explanations were clear and I was not rushed into making any decisions. The device arrived promptly and the customer support given during our initial set-up was outstanding. The agent was very patient, kind, and understanding as we walked my mother through the process of setting up her device even though she is not very skilled with technology. The device is easy to use and professional customer support is readily available. We are particularly impressed with the built-in microphone/speaker on the pendant, as well as the GPS tracking ability. We are very happy with our decision to use MobileHelp and would highly recommend them.

Excellent device with fast reliable service. Purchased for my mom who is alone and travels outside the house. Highly recommend for anyone who has loved ones living alone with an active lifestyle.

I've only had the system for a short while, but so far, so good. Customer service is quick and responsive and I was happy to hear that the "fall" device adjusts after a time to my movements...in the beginning, it was triggering a call each time it as even slightly bumped. I feel confident that the MOBILE unit will help me to be more independent and I feel safer at home as well already. I live alone and the system gives me great comfort...I feel secure and safe.

Mobile help is an awesome company. Since joining and receiving the product and setting it up was so easy !!! Gives all the family members a piece of mind knowing there is immediate help if needed!!! I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about purchasing a safety device for their loved ones or even themselves!!! Great product!!! I give this a definite 5 star rating!!!!

When I had an unexpected fall and injury, I knew I needed a monitoring system. I tried to get a system with my home alarm company with no success. My sister had MobileHelp and when I called them, their service was excellent. Within minutes of getting off the telephone, I had confirmation by email of everything we had discussed and in two days, I had received the mobile equipment I needed to restore my sense of security in my home.

Very professional company, extremely knowledgeable and helpful service. We needed a monitor for piece of mind for an employee working alone during second shift. Rather than hiring another employee that was not necessary at the time, we opted for the mobile help system. It saved us money and gave us relief knowing help is a button push away.

Easy to use and worth the cost. Experienced professionalism a every level from the day it was ordered and up to the day of getting it online. I also like the fact the system is small, not cumbersome, and easy to manage.

I have not had to use my mobile help yet, but after a fall in May I decided to purchase my Mobile Help to help me be safe in case I should need assistance again.

Very easy to work with. They answered all my questions and helped me set up when I called them. I also had to change the passcode on the lockbox and were gracious when I called to let them know to change it on their end. Patient when my mom accidentally hit the button many times when she first started wearing the pendant. She is 94 and had no problems following their instructions to cancel call.

The only problem that I have found is the device doesn't hold a charge as it should. It is put on the charger each night but s9metimes during the day it tells me the battery needs charging. Overall, this is working great for me

Unable to give a higher score due to the fact it's gone off about 10 times since I've starting using this device. When I've needed it, it's getting charged.

The device goes off several times a day when I haven't fallen. One time the device fell off my neck and hit the floor and it didn't go off, so I am concerned about how accurate it is.

I Mobile help system seemed to work, but we didn't have it long enough. When I tried to return the system, the first customer service person told me she would send a paid mailing slip. The next gal, after I received a conflicting email with the return directions, said no to a paid postage slip, because my mom had not died. I feel you should pay the return postage no matter happens to the person using your Mobile Help system. Thank you. 406 390 2763.
