I turned three people into Mobile Help so they could take advantage of this life saving device. It is inexpensive, and people would have piece of mind knowing they are protected in the Iowa winters we have here.

My husband and I haven't used the Mobile Help System, but it makes me feel more secure when we are out and about. When we go shopping to Cadillac, I always take the pendant and gps unit with me. We are both in our 80's and walking can really be a strain on me, but if I black out or fall, I know someone will be there to help me.

A awesome team. Call goes in quickly, u ca rely on them 4 fast service. I fell down first day it wz hooked up. Medics came and got me up. No co. beats there fast responce and no contract. Wireless and they r there 2 help u..

I fell getting out of the shower, so I triggered the alarm and within 15 minutes fire rescue was here and I was helped up.

We could not be happier with the customer service we have received, It is so nice to talk to pleasant reps who are truly anxious to help and not impatient to get to the point. They recognize that we are older and not as proficient on technology as we could be and they take their time to help us understand this valuable system., It is comforting to know they are there. Unit is easy to use. When calling the first time from the ad in the AAA magazine, I thought I would receive the home unit too, this was not explained to me, but what I have is good.

They have a gadget for every purpose to make sure I am never alone if I don’t want to be! I feel very secure about the program, but just one request. When I signed up, they said I could provide information about how to approach my dogs if something should happen and I need help from professionals. I haven’t found any place to put this information for first responders. But otherwise, I think you are far superior to “First Alert” - a company I had years ago and dropped when I moved.

Great service! I fell 4 weeks ago and everything worked just as I expected! I have the lockbox on my front door and I heard one of the paramedics say that they wished more people would use them. When they came in, I was face-down in a puddle of blood, still pouring from my broken nose! I'm so glad that I have MobileHelp! Thank you!

The safe feeling of a voice if I fall. It was easy to setup. Only the wrist gave me a rash. Can't wear it.

You can change the wrist band to any standard watch band of your liking or we can always swap it out for a neck pendant for you. My mom lives alone and fell..she's 85 years old she was able to press her mobile help button and the operator was able to speak with her and assertain her condition and that she could not get up.. she notified an ambulance gave them the code to get the keys out of the lock box and simultaneously called myself and my wife to inform us.. the system works just as advertised.. I thank them very much

It does not! In the home OK, however, having to carry the battery pack with either the pendant or wrist strap, is an unwanted hindrance!!

I felt so much more secure over the past six years, knowing that my dad could just press the button and get help with MobileHelp. He used it several times, and each time the response team said just the right thing when they contacted me. Recently my dad died suddenly just before turning 91. After he died, I tested the alarm on his wristband and was so relieved to know that it was in perfect working order. That reassured me that he must have died suddenly and without warning, as he knew how to use his alert button and it was on his wrist when he died. The reassurance and peace of mind that gave me was a completely unexpected, and wonderful, benefit of having signed him up with MobileHelp.

I had heart surgery and live alone, MobileHelp not only helped me, but also my children to feel safe when I left the hospital and was at home, they could return to work and not worry about me. I knew if I needed help it was only a push of a button away

I tried using another product from another company and unit failed when showering. This product seems to work very well and is well thought out! Price is fair. The only problem I have had was I purchased this for my Father that has memory issues and the company called him and tried to market other products to him. I had difficulties trying to return and do not understand since I am paying for this and purchased how they could expect to get authorization from him and expect me to pay!

I am very happy with my MobileHelp, it makes me feel much safer. I am the caregiver for my 96 year old husband and I will be 90 next April. We are both in fairly good health, his short term memory is going pretty fast, but is still ambulatory, has vertigo very badly and I am always afraid he will fall. Being able to call for help makes me feel much better when something happens to him.
