DIFFICULT TO GET ORDER TO BE PLACED CORRECTLY. NO REAL DOCUMENTATION ON HOW EQUIPMENT IS TO FUNCTION. HAS TAKEN SEVERAL WEEKS TO GE T INFO ON HOW THE SYSTEM IS TO OPERATE. STILL HAVE UNANSWERED QUESTIONS AS, SHOULD MY NECKLACE HAVE GREEWN A YELLOW LIGHTS FLASHING?,

The number to call to set up my medical alert expired before I received the device. When I called 877-827-6207. they were friendly and helpful. No problems to date.

Having this service has taken away much anxiety about emergencies. Had given me a sense security. Tech support has been GREAT!

This is the most useful product a person can get for their loved ones. We have had for almost a month now and it has helped in so many ways. Especially the auto fall detect because my husband has trouble walking. Having this has rebuilt his confidence in himself.

Returned immediately, yet I'm told I have to wait 30 days for a refund. Customer service not friendly

I don’t like the necklace. It is too heavy. I wanted to buy a thinner one, but they wouldn’t sell me one. They said I would have to wipe out what I had and start all over again in a different plan. I don’t understand why you would have to do that.

we just purchased this and it was delivered just in time as I out the bracelet on my mom and then 4 hrs later she fell and hit the button. everyone has been kind and very helpful

So far am happy with my experience with Mobile Help. Not easy getting used to being wired, ha ha, but guess it's for my own good. Mobile Help has provided both day and night help, along with shower coverage. My family is resting easier and thanks to Mobile Help I feel safer. Oh the beauty of getting old.

I purchased a mini GPS. I feel safe wherever I go. With it's built-in speaker, I can respond easily in the event of a false alarm. I love it!!!

I am very disappointed in the unit, being way to big to wear all the time. After receiving it, I took on a 4 hr trip with me and it constantly kept going off as an emergency, every time I hit a bump. It wad mind-boggling. AM not interested, pls refund all my money since not being able to use it.

I love the ease of wearing the pendant- wish it were "prettier"- thankfully have not needed to use it. I do feel more at ease for my safety as I have it- Your set up person was super and very patient-
