Mobiles.co. UK were quick efficient and easy to order the phone I was after for a family member. Their offer was the best around at the time. My only gripe is I wanted delivery on a Monday to avoid having to stay in over weekend, but got a message saying delivery was gonna be Sunday lunchtime, so a bit annoying as meant we had to hang around waiting for it on my partners only free days off work. Hence 1* dropped. So if I say Monday delivery in future, I mean Monday!

Never been able to connect to to the network but reseived a bill for £2.03 for a service I don't have got in touch with the company don't worry we will change it to pay as you go I am still waiting to get on line about 10 days now

Good value package on the phone, data etc. £100 Currys gift coucher promised and undelivered still after 4 months. After managing to get through to the customer support team and having a call raised - still nothing. Also some problems with the phone when first purchased and a ridiculous journey to get it sorted. The poor service I have received is not due to the people who I have dealt with but because of disconnected processes.

It's far too early for you to be asking for a review. I haven't even be connected yet, so you are only getting one star becasue you are hassling me for information before I've even made a call. Ask me again in 3 months. I know it's all the rage to use your customers as advertising in these kinds of reviews, but it's best to wait until they've actually received a service.
