Delivery of the phone was extremely prompt but then problems started. We had internet problems while we were ordering the phone online and ended up accidentally ordering the same phone twice. Thus two phones were delivered. We phoned Mobiles.co ands arranged for the second phone to be collected. After waiting in for the phone to be collected for 2 working days we phoned again and were told collection was for later that day. Another 2 days later, still no collection and Vodafone about to bill me for 2 contracts. Phoned again today, told phone definitely to be collected today and after a phone conference with Vodafone the billing problem has been resolved. The staff at mobiles.co are very polite and helpful but significant problems with system for returning phones

The only reason I am giving this a middle star is because of the website, trying to log back in to check on your order has not been possible, I used the chat session to try to find out what was happening and the sales advisor could not help me either. On the plus side, the frequent emails at the start and the end were great to keep you informed and the delivery options made things very easy for me being that I was in the middle of night shifts when my delivery was due and arrangements to collect from the depot made things very easy for me. So to some up, sort your middle section out of the ordering let people know what is going on rather than leaving them in limbo for a few days, sort your website out allowing people to see where their order status is at. Other than that this is a great company, I have used them twice now and overall have been happy with the results, just the website let me down hence the Normal rating I have given it. if that had not been the case then I would happily have given them a 5* rating.

Got there in the end. No delivery (even if accepting a charge)on a Saturday was a bit disappointing and understanding the difference between a new contract and an upgrade when the existing contract is expiring was fraught. Hopefully persuading O2 to adopt the new phone will be straightforward!

Your website should clearly state whether or not a buyers chosen phone is in stock before being able to purchase it. I selected my phone and chose a delivery date to only then be contacted by email shortly after my purchase to find out the phone I wanted wasn't in stock and I had yo wait

thought my contract would be £12 per month but it was linked to a cashback scheme and the contract is really £18 per month,very disappointed so will be returning the phone.

The deal was excellent and the phone seems to be looking good as well. Its been only a week using it but reception of the O2 network seems very bad. And also the internet on mobile is very bad. Purchasing on mobiles.co.uk was easy and straight forward.

The website is easy to use and intuitive. Placing the order was easy - but then things went downhill. The phone ordered was 'not in stock', and I received an email saying they would get back to me within 7 days. They didn't. Online chat facility wouldn't work, tried emailing the CEO as per the website instructions. It didn't work. Had to ring up, at 10p a minute, and spend a good deal of time on the phone sorting out a replacement order (same handset, different colour). The chap was very helpful, but the entire procedure would have been easier and quicker if they had (a) not advertised a handset they didn't have (b) get back to me in the correct timeframe (c) sort out the online customer contact facilities so they actually work. Good deal on the handset, not so good on the communication.

When I called them the phone rang out for around 10 mins. When the call was finally answered the staff were exceptionally helpful and a joy to talk to..

My LG G3 was available for delivery within 2 days of ordering it. Fantastic. The tariff was initiated before I got the phone. Not so fantastic. My tariff has a cash back element making it a great deal if I am successful in obtaining all of the refunds. If I don't not receive all the refunds, it will be an expensive 24 months. I am nervous about the refunds because they come from Mobiles.co.uk. If they go bust like Phones 4u, I will be out of pocket. However, I have taken this gamble. At the end of 24 months my review may change to very good, depending on my success with cash back.

Overall ok as they cooperated when contacted through webchat. However, initially the sales person sold me a contract over phone while I was travelling around. Next day the phone arrived but there was no contract details and no cashback plan as agreed over the phone. In fact, I couldn't log into my mobiles.co.uk account (as far as I remember). So, due to all this I had to cancel my contract, which they did.

The whole service was ok. I was dissapointed as the phone couldnt be sent to my work address and only my home address, which means i then have to go and pick it up from a depot. Surely this is a simply thing to change -apparently not!

All was fine with the product. It was the pricing that I found objectionable. I have to send back my invoices over a two year period to get a refund. After this time and only after I send the invoices back to you do I obtain the advertised price. Clearly this is not transparent pricing and it is clearly wrong on at least two counts: firstly it takes no account of the costs of postage and envelopes...at least £3 at the current postal charges, secondly it takes no account of the fact that you have my money for two years and I don't receive any interest payments for this. You might argue that this is small but this is not mentioned in the advertised price and if you have a million customers you are making money for old rope..... I call this the "ryanisation" of the market place. Please note that even Michael O'Leary has had to change his business model....perhaps you should do the same.
