The prices are great and website easy to use. My sim card never arrived and when I called up the team were VERY unhelpful! Such a shame.

“Lost “ the first phone. Sent a second with a different SIM. didn’t tell me or the network provider. I sorted it out took 2 weeks. Cheaper deal. Lots of customer surveys. Pity can not actually do logistics or any follow up at all.

Confusing, got an email stating failed security check with nowhere to go to understand or chase but then phone turns up. Didn’t turn up on the day promised which wasn’t a problem but why promise it and then just not turn up, actually came 3 days later. This was also a Christmas present so a text to my sons existing number with full details of the order has completely ruined that. Not great all in all

The cash back process is oh so unnecessarily complicated... anyone would think deliberately so in order that people don’t bother claiming...

I was on hold to customer services for over an hour & hung up as the call was never answered. I was unable to log onto the mobiles website for days after I received my phone, something which appeared to be a website issue. There was no way to speak to anyone & information provided was limited. Otherwise happy.

Unhappy with the amount of times I’ve had to call to get my refund and this still not processed it’s been almost 1 month!! Terrible service been told each time they have processed my refund then no correspondence. Stay away and go to who you know.

The delivery service was seamless and on time, but lost points for trying to trick me into signing up for extras with buttons and copy that looked like the sign-up-for-extras screens were mandatory part of the screen flow. I would be tempted to refrain from recommending you because it feels like I would be opening friends and family up to the same 'con'.

This contract was advertised at £29 a month, however upon purchasing it and receiving my sim, it turns out that it is £41 a month. I haven't had much support at all from customer service for the first few weeks, only now receiving replies to my emails and telling that they're looking into it and to wait even longer. I don't have much hope for this to be rectified.

I bought a refurbished phone which was supposed to be as good as new arrived with a large scratch on the screen. Customer service wasn’t very helpful telling me I had to send the phone back to them wait for them to process it and send me a new one which would leave me without a phone for a week. They diddnt seem to care about this

Ok site. Got a good deal on the phone contract. Shame they use dpd to deliver, what a completely useless & incompetent company who have now delayed my phone arrival twice before moving delivery date to another day, without valid reasons.

I took the day off work to receive my phone on the date it was meant to be delivered but the phone did not arrive. It’s disappointing that the delivery date was not adhered to and subsequently will have to take another day off work

Great deal but ordering has been a poor experience. Login/registering details don’t work, waited 20 minutes on hold until I was put through to someone only to be told their systems were down so couldn’t help me with anything at all. Waiting in for my parcel to be delivered on the date they told be it would be (already one day after I’d originally been told) and phoned the delivery company this morning to get my 1 hour delivery slot only to be told that it will no longer be delivered today and it will hopefully be tomorrow. Another day wasted waiting for someone who is not coming and have to arrange for tomorrow. Useless account facility and poor customer service. Will not use again.

Unfortunately, I have had a really poor experience ordering a new phone with you guys. The gentleman from the sales team on the phone that helped me sort out my order on Monday was really helpful and friendly. However, lots of things have gone wrong since, I never got my order in the end and it was cancelled for some reason which the lady on customer services said she could not tell me why due to an agreement with the courier which I couldn’t understand as to why I couldn’t find out why my order had been dispatched got all the way down to my local depot to then be cancelled and sent back for no apparent reason. In addition to this I found her attitude towards the situation rude and as if she did not care about the situation in the slightest. I have been left very confused and frustrated by the entire experience.
