“I stumbled on the site via a comparison site, as it was the best offer for the phone I was looking for. The site was easy to navigate, and it was really simple to sign up once I'd found the deal that I wanted. My phone was delivered the next day. Easy peasy!”

“Really quick and easy service but I feel that it could have been explained a little better. I chose a contract with cashback and I won't actually see any of it until various periods within the two years of my contract. This was not fully explained in the T's and C's until I had already signed up. Other than that, brilliant service. Ordered on the Friday afternoon, received the phone on Monday morning.”

“Great advice and help from the team member that phoned me about my upgrade. She didn't pressure me to get anything I didn't want to and actually managed to recommend something better than I had thought and at a better monthly price too. Win! The only issue I had is that I was contacted on the Thursday morning and told I'd receive my new phone next day... but by the Thursday lunchtime I was without the ability to use my then current phone. In frantically investigating with my carrier, turns out the new sim had been registered with my current number so I was effectively without a phone for a day - not the best since I was expecting an important call. Oh well! Could've been worse I guess, but do make sure if you're taking your current number with you that it's not transferred too soon!”

“Very fast delivery as came early next morning, phone although refurbished was in excellent condition, however I was a little disappointed with the packaging of the phone. Rather than arriving in an apple box it was just taped to a flimsy piece of card.”

“I was slightly disheartened by the negative reviews of this site, but I ordered an iPhone which arrived in good condition the very next day. The price was good and delivery was even free. Two bits of advice: 1. A lot of people have said that cashback can cause problems if your order contains this - thankfully mine didn't. 2. The insurance seems pretty expensive, but read into the Ts & Cs to work out if it's the best for you. Overall, happy customer.”

“I had a good experience my the agent who assisted me was very helpful the only bad thing was that when I received my phone within hours I had to send it back as it had shut down but the assistance I had received was good.”

“This deal was unbeatable even though I was staying with my current provider via mobiles.co.uk, my provider was not able to come anywhere near the deal, how do you explain that ? The problem I have is that next day delivery did not happen, my provider has been given the new number and started the contract but either mobiles.co.uk or DPD the delivery company has lost the phone, obviously I have not got it and they are investigating so although I have kept all parties fully informed I am sure a lot of sorting out is still to be done and unfortunately experienced.”

“Easy purchasing and good deal- happy with my phone and the contract. A couple of points to watch for- If it says card transaction failed on the final page it could be because some details on the previous pages are incorrect. For example billing address etc. Also I wasn't best pleased with the packing that my new phone arrived in- just a Jiffy bag with the box loose inside. It resulted in the box being dented and damaged. I also didn't think this was very safe but that wouldn't have been my problem anyway. Good apart from these points.”
