“Excellent sales service but very poor after sales. No way of contacting anyone if there's a problem. Gave up on phone after an hour's waiting. Interest in customers has only one intent - sales!”

“Ordered my phone which had laptop with it - been away on hols for 2 weeks so only connected up laptop yesterday. Laptop not working - spent 3 hours this morning trying to sort it out and now having to try to restore back to factory settings Problem on-going - not happy!!!!!”

“Phone and service were/are great - easy to use website with good deals to suit any budget - would use them again. Only downside is the lots of messages for various reviews/ customer care etc.. you get from them (this is my fourth or fifth request at different 'reviews/ feedback' in the last 6 weeks) Wouldn't put me off using them again, but its a bit annoying”
