It is okay with the credit check alright, however, it would be a nightmare to chase the order. The customer service hotline and online chat was poorly. Wasted a lot time and money to call the 087 number

Website purchase, easy No confirmation email received as suggested when approval had been given, so poor Live chat, customer login showed in my messages centre that www.mobiles.co.uk had sent me two emails, yet nothing had been received. Equally the message centre didn't show the content of the emails which wasn't helpful at all. I then had to ring a premium line only to be told the phone had sold out, something I specifically asked when ordering, so that was disappointing. Samide, the customer service agent was helpful though and phoned me back a few hours later to say they had a colour variant and from thereon in, everything went smoothly

Found it very frustrating not being able to communicate by email. The only option is by phone which is invariably engaged. But I suppose it is a way for the company to make money.

Initially I was informed by email that my order had been rejected and it implied that O2 had done this due to a credit issue. I contacted O2 and they said no such action had been taken and after reviewing my own credit score I believe that the rejection was more likely down to not having the stock to fulfil the offer being made. I complained to mobile.co.uk and u switch (who I had utilised). Three days later I start getting text and emails saying my new phone is on its way. It is a lucky thing I didn't go and order another phone in the intervening days. However, I am happy with phone and O2 have been very helpful. Just hope I get the cash back I've been promised...

Disappointed that I wanted to choose 0830 to 1000 delivery slot for £7 but was not allowed for my post code, then when I got delivery info, no 1hr slot as suggested, but given option for 0830 to 1000 delivery slot for £10 mmmmm

I tried ordering online and having thought my order had gone through I didn't receive any confirmation email as promised. I contacted via phone the following day and was advised the order hadn't been generated. your sales rep advised me that the iphone c in green was out of stock and that's why the order hadn't been processed! conveniently he found one. but yet still no email all going through all the credit checks and passing them. I called once again and it wasn't until Zoe Cummings had the idea of sending me a confirmation email via her personal email address I was at that point pretty certain my order had been placed. I was then advised DPD would phone or text to advise me that my sons phone was on its way! but yet more disappointment when once again no phone call, fortunately my partner was in and she was able to sign for my package and happily our son got his present on his birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 phones from your website which it appears your site could not handle. I had an email saying bank details were wrong. I did this again and got another email saying they were wrong again. I then phoned and was answered straight away and the person I spoke to was very helpful although by this time it meant my daughter would not get her phone on her birthday.

Tariff was more expensive than stated; I had to check with the network as to why and the effect of any future RPI increases. If that causes problems later I shall take it up with Mobiles.co. Phone packing and accessories etc more basic than usual - even for a so-called "refurbished" phone. Maybe it IS refurbished and not what their definition actually says (returned phones, unused etc).

The only issue I had was that I ordered 2 mobiles for my 2 teenagers but only 1 arrived on the day they were both supposed to, this causes problems in the household. I had to contact them to find out where the other one was, it was only then the order for the 2nd phone was processed!!

Ordering was straightforward and the phone arrived promptly within the time-window promised. On the strength of this, my wife ordered the same deal but was turned down. This was attributed to O2 the carrier. I then ordered a second phone for her (same deal). My application too was turned down and the rejection was again attributed to O2. We checked with Experian the credit reference agency used. Both of us are rated 'excellent'. What's going on?

pleased with the quick delivery and the phone itself but ,being a little useless with mobiles was disappointed that there were no details about my contract or contact numbers for O2.really struggled changing over the PAC code and had no contact numbers.
