“The boxes could be a bit better in terms of protecting the phone etc with a seal. Probably good to know how many times it's been "refurbed"”

“Were pretty good n knowledgable to help, the only real issue I had was that a code that had been sent to me for a particular deal, when I rang the SAME DAY to use it I was told it had expired which I was a bit annoyed about.”

“Whilst the website is perhaps not as user-friendly as it could be and and lacks some basic information – once I became convinced I'd found the best deal it was a fast and effortless transaction. The phone arrived very quickly and within the hour time-slot provided. Once the contract is purchased and the phone delivered, you will be dealing with the service provider ONLY (something which could be made clearer on the website) - all you're buying from Mobiles.co.uk is the phone and the contract. The prices are MUCH cheaper than those offered by the big name service providers. I would happily use again, and I would recommend without hesitation.”

“So far so good. I've got an iPhone se deal on EE. Ordered seamlessly and arrived on date promised. The price of the handset seem to fluctuate over the days prior to purchase. Maybe that's market forces? Other than that all ok so far. Thankyou”

“Good service, especially with the delivery. My deal is 20 a month, but only if I claim cashback at various intervals, which is annoying. Why not just lump sum the cashback?”

“Very impressed with Mobiles.co.uk, placed an order for iPhone 6 and it was dispatched the very next day, was kept informed of the progress of the order via email. Not impressed however with the deliver company DPD - received an email from them saying that the phone would be delivered between 5.46pm and 6.46 pm that evening. I was in the house all afternoon/evening waiting on the delivery. I then received an email from the saying that the phone had been delivered and signed for by myself at 6.01pm....no one had been at the door and I certainly didn't receive or sign for a phone. I immediately tried to call Customer Services various times but was kept on hold for over 20 mins at a time, eventually I gave up and decided to check with my neighbours if they had received a delivery for me. It turned out that my elderly neighbour had taken the phone but was unable to sign the machine thing so the delivery driver signed my name for her! So not only did the driver deliver the phone to the wrong address he also forged my signature. I will be sure to check when ordering anything again that the company does not use DPD as this would definitely put me off placing any orders.”

Didn't follow delivery instructions, calls cut out, can't get through at other times. Had to go through Mobiles.co.uk each time to sort delivery issues....who were very good!”
