As an existing customer I was very disappointed to have to pay another £100 deposit when you still had my previous deposit from 7 months ago, since complaining you have now returned it, but why should I as an existing customer have to give you another £100?

Hi, everytime I used your online chats sevice, the chat was closed early before I had a chance to talk, I have all the trascrips sent to my email. Just thought the customer service could have been better, however when I rang the company the service I recieved was very good.

Selecting and ordering the phone and package was fine but I was really disappointed when my phone arrived and was in an opened box with broken security seals. I rang up and spoke to an adviser who told me that random boxes are opened in the warehouse. He didn't seem to understand my disappointment at the feeling of spending a lot of money on something that didn't feel brand new. I was really disappointed.

I'd have said "very good" but this is the second order I've placed recently were the bank details were not stored properly. There seems to be a bug in the expiry date validation. It throws an warning when you input the month (before inputting the year) and then after inputting the year and re-inputting the month it allows the order to go through. Then you get the annoying message that "we need to confirm your bank account and card details. The details you’ve provided are still saying invalid". Not impressed. The link the email provides seems very polished (like this happens a lot).

Waited a week for delivery whilst terminated other contract. When I ordered my phone you said it was in stock. Was let down, if I knew I will have to wait so long I would order elsewhere.

after having my new phone for 7 days i decided that i was not really happy with the redemption pay back over so many months, and thought i would like to change the contract from the one i have to unlimited text unlimited call and 1 gb contract at the same price i am paying now with no redemption, the first person i spoke to said yes no problem set it all up for me and then said she would put me through to sales so i could send the one i had back and she was very helpful, the person i spoke to in sales said that because i used the phone i would not be able to do this so put me through to 02 i started to speak to her and then got cut off not heard anything since so i'm not happy with this but i am keeping it as it is as no one has rang me to see if i am happy with the out come of this yours sincerely j robinson

I have ordered two mobiles I got first one in time. But with the second one first I didn't get and received an email that we are short of stock with that specific mobile and will inform me in 7 days but I have not got any response after 10 days I call to the help centre myself and they apologize and gave me the other mobile instead of what I've ordered. anyways not very bad but the person how was on the other side of the phone his volume was very low that I was hardly able to hear him. I think it was not his fault that was the phone he was using.

i ordered my phone on the thursday, once it was accepted about 6.15pm they said it will be delievered on the friday. i then had a text saying that the phone will be delievered on the monday 7th 2014. monday came and it wasnt delievered so i then phoned dpd and then said they will upgrade my deleivery and it wont be delievered on the tuesday it will be delievered by the 9th by 12pm. however it still didnt come. i then phoned dpd and they said it had gone 'missing'. i phoned up charlie at mobiles.co.uk and she was fantastic. had a new one ordered and sent out to me on the thursday before 10am. i had no problems with mobiles.co.uk however i wouldnt personally use DPD again, to loose a parcel and not gain responsibility for it is ridiculous.

They sent e mail asking me to ring them to confirm details before despatch. Their number is a premium number & the chap kept leaving me to go ask information from other people. When he wanted to leave me hanging on yet again I complained as the call had already cost me £2.80. He then said he would ring me back. I don't know why I had to ring in the first place. If you order something & pay for it on line with other companies, they confirm & despatch. Good point it arrived quickly.

Mobiles.co.uk website was good and easy to navigate. I was pleased with the prices available and purchased a new iPhone 5S. I was advised that the phone would arrive on the Friday but it actually didn't come until the following Monday. No big deal really. However, my old phone stopped working a few hours after I'd made the order which was very annoying! The new phone worked straight out of the box which made me think that they'd switched off the wrong phone! This spoilt what could have been a very good transaction.

The overall buying experience was good. The transaction went without a hitch as one would expect.The tariff I thought was a good deal until I received a bill.My deal was for unlimited texts,but my bill included "extras".I was charged extra for smiley faces etc. andextras for more rhan 160 characters. So now NOT HAPPY

ordered mobile on a weekend was delivered on Monday very fast,when I got the mobile I tried sending a picture to my other mobile which contract ended now I could not retrieve the picture so tried again and again thinking because I could not retrieve the pic I wouldn't be charged I was charged over £4 still cant send pictures feel like ive been ripped off not bothering with mobile its in a draw can do without it

I didn't need or want a new phone but the only way to get the deal I wanted was to have one. It sits unopened in a drawer and I still use my old phone. I wanted the new deal to carry on when the old contract was finished, and was assured this was ok, but it was activated a month early resulting in me having to pay extra. So I am out of pocket and have an unused phone. Why can't things be simple?

Not sure if you want to hear this: Offer good. Delivery info and timings very good. After sales with a fault poor. I used the' my account' , prompt first response, however no response to my next note, went onto the chat option and it took approx. 30mins to complete a frustrating conversation with the agent. I guess I asked for too much, however instead of resolving my issue, just went on like a tennis game. I asked for good will as my phone was not working and this was agreed. Phone came back in a prompt fashion, however no comes as to timings of return. Sent another note to ask about goodwill, no response, went onto chat, good service and goodwill to be issued, however it will take 8-10 weeks for a cheque. Don't get the time line. Anyway, phone replaced and all is well. Could have been so much better.

Good phone and a good contract, but when I asked about the phone spec before I entered the contract I'd have preferred the assistant to tell me the truth, or to say that they didn't know, rather than tell me what they thought I wanted to hear.
