I was happy with the service I received from the point of ordering to receiving emails ans texts about delivery however today I have not been happy as the item I ordered was not delivered to my neighbours house as expected. I was given the option so replied with details of my neighbours house. Received a replying acknowledging my text. Since I knew I was out I wanted to come home and surprise my son with his mobile phone after being away on a trip. This did not happen aa the driver came to my house and not gone to my neighbours house to deliver as requested. I am unhappy with this service as it has caused some inconvenience. I have had to ring from my mobile to contact the delivery people which means I have been charged for the call. Not only that I have not been able to.surprise my son with his new phone. I was told that I had to pay a fee of £5. If your delivery clients cannot rely msgs onto their drivers this causes alot of inconveniences for customers like myself. I have now have to stay home tomorrow to await delivery. I had to cancel my plans too. I hope you can give feedback to your clients about this and improve communication between the centre and drivers so this does not happen again.

PHONE ARRIVED PROMPTLY-unfortunately did not contain a battery! HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY-WITH NO RESPONCE FROM THEM? WILL TRY TO BE PATIENT!

Phone arrived safely eventually and in good condition. However, the order process is very easy but it is not made clear whether items are in stock and money was taken from my account without there being a phone in stock and no date given for receipt of the phone. The system for informing buyers is messy to say the least, emails and text messages arrived in the wrong order and telephone messages were left advising me to log in on line, the log in system did not recognise the order number until the order is despatched which meant I could not contact anyone by email and had to ring a premium rate number 4-5 times before the issues were sorted.

Nice phone no case or any other extras, oh they threw in a rocketfish charger that wouldn't plug into a socket in Europe let alone here. Seems like you pay for phone so you get phone and NOTHING else.

The communication between yourself and the Delivery company was not very good as I needed to ring up and query the address 4 times to get it put right because my first delivery day was not met and I had to wait the weekend until delivery on the Monday which then I found out the post code was still wrong!

The phone arrived in good time and fully functional unfortunately that's all I can say in favour. The chargers I received was not a branded HTC charger nor was there the head phones or most importantly the tool for opening the nano SIM and micro sd trays I understand that a refurb will not come with original packaging but this was just the phone and the rest cobbled together. Even though I was dissapointed with what I actually received the phone it's self hasn't missed a beat and I am very happy with it.

I ordered iphone 4s,but it comes with in a normal cover,without iphone box,and there wasnt a "special pin" to open my phone.i felts its bad,otherthan that its fine.Thank you.

Good, but it wasn't clear enough that the order would create a new account with O2. My previous account was O2 and since I was giving my mobile number to you in the order process I (wrongfully) assumed that you would check for an existing O2 account. Now I have two active accounts and will have to deal with O2 to merge and/or cancel the previous account and transfer my old number over. Other than that service was quick and professional, and price was unmatched.

I FELT I WAS A VERY POOR SERVICE, TO HAVE TO PAY TO REURN YOUR PHONE, MOST PLACES GIVE YOU A FREERETURN PACKAGE, THIS IS VERY COSTLY, SO WILL PUT PEOPLE OFF, BUYING A PHONE FROM YOU.

This is a phone sales site with some outstanding deals and very helpful staff. You'd think that would be a great combination, and it should be, but there's a massive issue here, and that's with the build of the website. It's incredibly difficult to talk to the customer services team after placing an order. Emails take days to get answered and the chat service just doesn't connect properly. My success ratio was less than 10% and I needed to talk to them four or five times. I honestly had to try to connect over 50 times just to get my order properly processed. As I say the people once you get connected to them are fantastic but it was only because it was such a good deal that I persevered. Please resolve this and you'll have the best on-line phone offering in the UK.

I ordered my upgrade late on a Saturday & the confirmation seemed to bog down resulting in delivery being one day later than advertised on the site. In general though the process was as advertised once it got started.

Got a iPhone 4s and it didn't come in a box or with any accessories so I will have to go and buy earphones and a pin to put my SIM card in as I don't have a iPhone even though it is reconditioned it still should come in a iPhone box with accessories

Not really sure what to expect from this small mobile. Think its not what I was expecting. Don't like not having a pen to write with is a big problem for me with arthritis my hands Not sure about the predictive texting. Don't like to have to pay for most of the site's.

I have had 3 phones from you and I would have given a 5 start review as service and delivery are excellent. But I have only given 3 stars as each time I order I am automatically signed up for the gadget helpline. This then means I have to cancel it before I am charged. I have not had the welcome email so can't cancel yet. This seems to happen each time. Please make this am option as it is real pain. If I could get the same deal else where I would use am alternative just because of this. Luckily for you reach time I look you seem the most competitive for what I looking for.

I have the phone and deal I wanted but only after several calls. Initially It was in stock online then it was out of stock then I was told they has one in another call which I accepted but it never arrived. The last advisor I spoke to was very helpful and solved the issue for me
