“Visited the Caterham showroom and received excellent customer service from the lovely Leana. She was a great help in deciding which range best suited our needs and very efficient in processing our order. Can't praise Leana enough - she made our visit a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. Furniture not due for delivery yet so can't comment on that aspect.”

“Excellent service and advice throughout - fantastic quality product. We did lots and lots of research on what to buy, visited the showroom twice as it’s not cheap but wanted something to fulfil a lot of different needs and last a long long time. Worth saving up for! Very sturdy very good looking lovely colour and extremely pleased with it. Danica and Leana in Caterham branch very helpful indeed.”

“We had viewed a bar table set online, but popped into the caterham branch to check out the overall quality of the furniture in the flesh. Items we viewed were well built and cushions were good quality. We were assisted by Leana, who was very helpful and friendly, answering all of our queries. Leana placed the order for us and contacted the delivery team to set a delivery date. She could not have been more helpful. We await delivery of the items.”

“Bought a U shaped sofa set from Moda in Caterham - much better to see them physically rather than on line. Good quality and very comfortable. Leana was very helpful in helping me choose what to buy. Excited now and looking forward to delivery in a few weeks time.”

“Very happy with purchase. We had a query and my husband rang up and spoke to Daniel in the deliveries department, he went and found out and answered our question . Some companies wouldn’t take the trouble with this . Quick delivery by friendly couriers. Good quality and cannot wait to use it. Would recommend.”

“We had experienced some issues with our furniture due to a couple of design faults. We came into the Manchester show room to discuss the issues and get some information from the staff. We spoke to both Rebecca and Kyle who were outstanding, knowledgeable and genuinely listened to try and resolve the problem. After having some very unhelpful conversations over the phone with customers service leaving us feeling disheartened, we have now been left feeling so much more satisfied with the in person service we received.”

“Pete and Paul are a credit to Moda. Very professional and friendly. They delivered 2 two seat benches in place of a three seat bench. Moda arranged this due to the bench we ordered being delayed. Moda are very helpful and have great customer service.”

“My appointment window was 7am to 10am. At 7.04 hours, I received a text to say Pete and Paul were due to arrive at 8am. Very clear instructions and a punctual delivery. I knew the delivery came from Manchester (we used to love there so know the very long journey to London) and the men would have been up early to load the van before heading to London. They were incredibly happy, polite and very kind. Turned up as 8am as per text. They parked their van with consideration to other traffic (bin collection that morning). They didn’t moan, complain (we get this a lot!) just helpful and friendly. I think from all the deliveries I’ve ever received they performed in my top 3; M&S, John Lewis, now Moda. Moda should be proud of Pete and Paul who represented your company in a professional manner. I do not know if they work for the company or just freelance drivers so I do hope they receive this feedback. I note the damage option. There is no box to write anything. The loose cushion bags were broken so the two of cushions are very dirty but this is not about the drivers, it’s about the product which I want you make clear.”

“We were very impressed that order to delivery was only a week, with the actually delivery coming early in the given slot. The delivery guys were helpful & polite 👍”
