First waited for my package for one month then after canceling my order waiting for refund for more than two weeks, didn't get any order canceled email. Order#57663195, I highly appreciate if you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

You do not deserve even a star nfortunately there is no other way to rate you, pls pls don't play at the customer, This is just duniya you will be asked at the day of judgement. You do not live in this live for ever, I will not forgive you what you did to me. Just think about the customer's feeling it is very sad.

I used to be a loyal customer and the quality was pretty good that I actually started to recommend modanisa to my friends here in the US, till I made an order that’s worth 165$ and I didn’t receive it since November 2019, I contacted them via email ALOT then I started to call them all the responses I’m getting is we are gonna contact the courier service and they never got back to me. This is called robbery to pay 165$ for something that I didn’t even get. And I made it clear more than once with the customer service representatives that I’m really mad and I’m not gonna let it go in case they are counting on that but guess what they ignored me

I ordered clothing and paid more than $400. I never received the package. This is the fourth month. I have been consistently trying to email and call them. They keep making excuses or send an email stating that my issue has been resolved and act as if I have received the package. I have been consistently trying to ask them for a reimbursement since I didn't receive my order and I have been ignored in every way possible. I am so DISAPPOINTED!!! It's truly unfortunate that this company treats one of their loyal customers in this manner!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I advise you all that live in AMERICA not to as well. They won't treat you with the respect and honor that a customer deserves.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased 8 tunics, skirts, dresses and 1 scarf for £110.91, they sent me a £17.99 dress that I ordered but failed the sent the remaining 8 items. They keep closing my case and have done nothing to resolve it. I have to keep messaging them on the live web chat but the advisors can't do anything. Both of the UK numbers DO NOT connect so you can't call them. I requested a call back from the UK Customer Service Team and someone from Dubai speaking Arabic called me. I have sent them photos of the parcel several times (the package was small with a lot of black scrunched up paper in the bottom). The package was not damaged or opened when I received it but they keep blaming Hermes. The manager confirmed that the items WOULD NOT HAVE been packaged separately. I requested a call from a manager that I had to wait 3 days for although they promised me a call back the same day and they only called because I kept messaging the web chat. The manager promised to call me the following Monday after looking into things but didn't, so I waited another 3 days for another call back which I had to keep contacting them to do. The company keep blaming Hermes and then blamed me for not opening the package in front of Hermes and reporting it there and then. Because of covid there is contact less deliveries so they do not wait around for you to open a package. They sent me CCTV footage as 'evidence' that they packaged all of the items I paid for, but the CCTV footage does not show them actually putting the items into anything and cuts off at a certain point. The manager and some customer service advisers keep promising that they will deal with it personally but then they never contact me. They lied about trying to ring me and I called them out on it, they also keep closing the case and not contacting me to tell me they've closed it. I am no further forward to getting a refund. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW 8 ITEMS GO MISSING???? Fair enough forgetting to pack 1 item, but who forgets or neglects packing 8 items?? The package was no where near big enough to fit in 9 items sized 16 (UK) and large. Their attitude is also appalling, they are quick to contact you if you review them or post something on their page. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

everyone out there who is about to order or is thinking about ordering is making a massive MISTAKE. IT IS RUBBISH!they try to act like they have a wide range of clothes by adding the same clothes but with different colors, how pathetic. there modelling is horrendous. Prophet Mohammed (SAW) SAID " MUSLIMS SHOULD NEVER JUDGE" I should not so you can order at Modanisa as it is your choice but i would not. Assalmualykum sisters and brothers.

DON’T BUY HERE I ordered 5 items and only received 2 low value amount items. Made queries few times and they returned saying that sent everything. THEY ARE BIGGEST ONLINE THIEF IN MODERN TIMES.

I received my order, and they gave me one sleeve that has no hole to put the button in, I can’t wear it because it shows my whole arm. I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me the money, and they didn’t give me a free return. They told me to return it and I must pay the shipping. This was surprising to me because it’s their problem. If there is a problem in the item, the company should either refund or at least fix the problem. I will never buy anything from them Again. Very bad website.

80%of the product delivered was faulty. Customer service is incompetent. It has been more than 6 weeks and they have NOT yet fully issued refund of the faulty product and shipping costs. Customer service is almost non existent, keep sending copy pasted emails.

Don't make returns, they keep their items and your money, they will tell you we paid shipping with it!!!!! They don't give real return shipping price in returns policy

This is my first time to order from Modanisa and I absolutely loved it ! I ordered shawls and bonnets , I was a little hesitant if the colors and quality will turn out good but it exceeded my expectations and looked exactly like the pictures shown. I will definitely order from here again. Also , I would like to mention I was a little disappointed by the aramex guy as he gave me the package without wearing gloves or mask. I think it was careless specially during these times and they ought to be as careful as possible.

Ordered on 8 march ... delivery expected 11-14 March. Called customer service on 19 march was asked to wait As they don't know how long and blaming delivery company!!! Wanted to cancel the order was told they cant only after delivery can I return the items !!! What if the items lost during delivery ?? And the delivery also dnt know when it’s expected??? Very poor customer service ... not shopping with them ever again

TOTAL SCAM... They use fake pictures and deliver garbage!!! I ordered a few items from Modanisa, the products on their website looked elegant and of high quality, so I placed an order of 12 items. When I received the package on the 1st of March, 2020 I was shocked to see how cheap and ugly items they sent me... some of the items (lipstick) arrived with an expired date and with totally different color. Bags look horrible with very cheap quality, different size and shape (so small, not even good for a kid to play with) and also wrinkled as they didn't bother to pack it in a proper way. One of the bags' material is very thin and looks exactly like the material used in the garbage bags!!! I also ordered a cardigan small size, but the one I received can't be small in any way, and there is a label on it says that it is S-M size, the label is half torn and looks like someone just poorly sewed it to make buyers think it is small size!! I also ordered some shoes, same thing poor quality, not as much bad as the bags, but still far away from the posted photos of them, boots have glue on it making it look with more low quality, and a high heel one has an M sign on it, which I though referred to certain brand, but the one I received is just a cheap copy of it so no sign on it or whatsoever. I only received two items that are considered ok, but not WOW: a wallet which came of ok quality but with a slightly different color, and a pants which is also of good quality but came in different size! I ordered 38 and received 40. I paid USD 125 after they offered me %35 discount for my first order, but honestly I feel like a fool, and that they robbed me, because the items I received are so embarrassing to wear and don't worth %10 of the amount I paid!! My advice: stay away from this scam website, they will steal your money and you won't be able to get it back. Would love to share some photos of the items I received so you can judge yourself, but this website doesn't support photos uploading :(

They sent the wrong product They sent the wrong product, which was much cheaper than what I paid. My money just gone to something else. Returning it is not a good idea. It costs more for you. They take no responsibility for what they do. And did not even reply to my e-mails. support@modanisa is not responding.

UPDATE Still waiting for Modanisa to contact me. I guess they are also good at making false statements. I love modanisa app and their clothes, really affordable for all budgets. I have ordered before and was really pleased. Unfortunately they have hidden charges so be careful. I ordered 26 items for the girls in my house and was charged an extra £11 for delivery when the delivery was free. When inquired they said I had to place an order of 12 items or below. They don't clearly display this information you have to read the small print. So basically the less you buy the better you are. That's a new way to do a business. So I would not be buying from modanisa again and would not recommend to my family and friends. There are other platforms that offer the same range of clothes. Thanks

Bunch of pranksters Modanisa are liars. They told us that we will get 75$ voucher i 1 april. But we have never get any. We call their customer service and start an isue. Later that week we get an emeil saying that the case is resolved but not telling how it was resolved. Will never buy from them again. They are far from being serious businessmen. My experience is that they are a bunch of pranksters
