Overall, I like the desk. Few negative items related to the shipping process: #1 - The central controller (black box in the middle of the frame) was damaged during transportation. Big crack at the top, and one side attachment was broken. Luckily the unit itself is in working condition, and I used the universal tool "ducktape" to keep it in place. #2 - I place the order for a dual monitor holder but received the single one. It was an unexpected surprise.

The desk has worked perfectly for a few months now. I have 3 screens and 2 computers and the longer 72" desk works well. Minimal wobble even when in the high position. Only 2 problems: USB port didn't work unfortunately. One of the threaded holes in the vertical legs needed to be re-cut for complete assembly. I took care of it easily enough but required a trip to teh hardware store for the tap.

I purchased a 30x72 carbon fiber rectangular desk roughly 4 years ago, wanting to support a local company and needing a sit-stand desk that could support the weight of my PC and peripherals. So far it's held up great. It handles the weight of the at least 120lbs between my gaming PC, pen display, two other monitors, and 3 monitor arms. The mechanism is smooth and fairly quick on the lift hardware MojoDesk uses, and the desk surface has held up. Some of my criticisms: - The wire holes are fairly large and central on the desk, making it hard to attach monitor arms at those positions and also reducing the desk space I have for large desk mats. I wish the holes were more pill-shaped instead of circular to reduce how much space they take on the width. - The cable management tray is not very secure which makes it quite easy to knock around if I raise my legs up. I wish there were some thing more intuitive or lower profile for the cable management. I would have loved a below-desk floating PC shelf that could support the size and weight of a mid-tower gaming PC so I could increase the desk space. The available strap solution would not support the size or weight of my PC. Also, before you get a desk like this I strongly encourage getting furniture pads that help you slide it (carpet or hardwood) and put them on during assembly, because this thing is heavy and moving it around even in the same room is no joke.

The CPU mount needs to be redesigned It is just much to week to hold a real PC. It works very well to hang back up power units and small PC.

Love my adjustable-height Mojo Desk! The only thing preventing me from giving it a 5-star review is that periodically while adjusting down from standing height it seems to trip a safety sensor and stops the descent. A quick release and re-engagement of the control button solves the issue and then continues descending to sitting height.

Thank you, Mark, for taking the time to review MojoDesk and giving it a 4-star rating. We really appreciate your support as a returning customer. We apologize for the issue you encountered with the control button but here is a quick fix. That is our collision detection sensor that sounds like the sensitivity needs to be adjusted down. Here is how to do that: DESK REBOUNDS / CHANGES DIRECTIONS WHILE RAISING / LOWERING MojoDesk is equipped with an Anti-Collision sensor and it is on the highest, most sensitive mode "A-3" by default. To decrease the sensitivity please follow these steps. Press and hold the “▲” “▼” buttons for 5 seconds at the same time to switch the sensitivity. Once the display shows "A- #" it has cycled to the next setting. Release buttons and repeat to cycle through settings. A-0 = Anti-Collision function is off | A-1 = Low Sensitivity A-2 = Medium sensitivity | A-3 = High Sensitivity (default) If any other issues arise, please let us know so that we can provide assistance. Thanks again! More fixes can be found here. https://mojodesk.com/pages/quick-fixes-troubleshooting

This desk is an absolute beast in the best possible way! There’s a lot of options out there and this one isn’t the cheapest by any means, but I have to say the quality of materials and craftsmanship was worth the price. I would buy it again in a heartbeat as someone who is profession is to be at a desk. I can honestly say this desk is fantastic.

Hi Doug. Thank you for sharing your review and happy you like your desk. When you mention the desk setup guides, are you referring to the printed guide or our video setup guide? There are links to our video guide in our shipping emails which can be found here. Please let us know if you were unaware of the video guide so we can make it more apparent to others if that was the case. Thanks again for choosing MojoDesk. I've been very happy with my MojoDesk, with a few minor quibbles and one larger issue. First, the ordering process was easy, I received emails updating me on the status and an email when it looked like it would take a longer to ship. While it did ship slightly later than anticipated (by a day) it arrived quicker and thus before the original arrival date. It arrived it multiple boxes as expected and that was a good thing as it was very heavy. This being a very large L-Shaped standing desk (72x72) I had to plan accordingly, especially because I had to disassemble my existing setup and make space in my office to put it together. The outside box was damaged on one of the desk tops, so I took pictures of it and hoped for the best, considering I had a no work area going for me, I couldn't wait to get things set up. Fortunately nothing was damaged. There were two types of Styrofoam used in the packaging, the good kind that didn't shed and the horrible kind you hate to see, unfortunately the messy one caused a mess that I had to clean up and clean off of the desk. My other minor issue was the carbon fiber wrap had and still has some messy edges around the bottom of the desk where it wasn't cut quite well, I try to get that off of the desk now and then. Now, my major issue - this desk was very expensive, all told with all accessories a large amount of money - the instructions on paper weren't horrible, but they weren't great. Additionally, there was at the time no video on assembling the desk like there are for their other desks. It being a newer product. This should have had a video and better instructions available before they started selling the product. My biggest gripe at the time was the lack of clarity regarding table ties screwing in or sticking on, the control unit instructions were minimal for mounting it to the desk and unclear regarding where to mount the wiring box - which I had to glean from a non related desk how it properly attached. Lastly, the desk leg sizes can be changed, and by that I mean the same legs can be used for smaller desks. I didn't realize this, and the instructions simply say adjust to your desired length. I'm sure this saves costs, but it is exceptionally difficult to guess at what length you need to put the legs on two different sides and then try to line up holes on the underside of the desk. There should be very clear markings for what position is for each length of the parts of your desk - such as this slot for 48, this slot for 60, this slot for 72 inches. That was an incredibly difficult challenge and was only accomplished by measuring the different lengths, putting the top on and trying to adjust the sides for the exact positions of the holes on the table. I don't know that I'd ever want to deal with that again. Beyond that, I've been very happy with the desk, it rises and lowers quite smoothly and is very nice. I do wish there was a case attachment that supported larger and heavier computers, or that you could simply double up to get more than 40lbs, but it is what it is.

The product itself it very nice and everything works very well. The only issue I have come across has been the customer service. I had issues with there being a dent in my desktop and one of my monitor arms having an upside down logo. I was met with an option for getting a free accessory from a specific lineup of $50 and under if memory serves me right. This was unfortunate. I then found a scratch on my desk soon after and reached out, but was met with silence. I wish I had chosen a different desktop rather than the matte black one. I consider this experience 4/5 stars due to the product being well build and working as intended thus far, but the customer service being poor in the end.

I love my standing desk. Having the 4 presets is nice as I have 4 different positions where I use my desk, and this makes it more accessible. The only thing that is questionable to me is the desktop surface. It feels like a skin stretched over particle board. I'm afraid I'm going to rip it, and then there would be no way to get it fixed.

I absolutely love the desk! It helps with focus and productivity while at work. The surface itself is smooth and great! However it is not conducive to writing on. The textured surface translates onto the paper. Not an issue that is difficult to resolve though. My only suggestion would be actual tactile push buttons for your computer. Though the touchscreen is nice it is not as responsive and sometimes causes difficulty when transitioning from one point to the other. It is FAR to easy to accidentally reprogram any of the positions correlated with the “1,2, sit and stand” buttons on the keyboard. I also would like a physical switch for “locking” it. Overall I give the desk 9 out of 10 on a rating. It’s great! Looks great! And is well used!!!!
