Acceptable clean but not as good as my first clean. Dusted around items and windows not very clean. I was slotted in because of the bank holiday so I hope my regular session is better next time round.

The team were friendly and did a good job. They missed a few bits but most of it was good.

2 cleans so far. First week they were both late to arrive and either forgot to do the downstairs loo or it wasn't done particularly well. Second week they broke a glass that was left on a table, instead of wrapping the pieces of broken glass and disposing of them, they left all the pieces on my kitchen worktop to deal with when I got home. Average so far for what I expected to be a very competitive service.

Was really pleased the first time. Not so much now under the sofa has not been done and cobwebs on ceiling

Lovely people but very expensive at £27 per hour! The clean was not as thorough as we had been used to with previous cleaners either and twice the price.

Good availability however they did turn up much earlier than discussed and stayed much shorter than expected.

The house always look neat and tidy after the visit but the quality of the cleaning varies. It's not usually the same things I am concerned about each time so mostly I sort them myself. However I have complained on a couple of occasions. The visit is over in less than an hour, which means that the two women are going quite fast to get through the house in that time.

We think molly maid are ok for general cleaning. However, for more intensive cleaning of things like skirting boards, surfaces, items, windows, etc, we don't think Molly Maid is very good. We would like the cleaners to think with us about what additional things need cleaning within the time allotted.

only had 2 cleans so far. First one very good but second one not so good. Kitchen sink, taps and worktop missed. Spoke to office whovspologised But it was not possible for me to wait for them to come back. Hoping that future visits will be as the first.

I was disappointed that I was not told that the maid would be 1 1/2 hours late. I had to ring to find out. The maid who came was fine.

The level of cleanness is acceptable, but not as thorough as I would expect. I started using Molly Maid service since October last month. They come once every 2 weeks, and do the cleaning while I am at work. Today is the first time they come to clean while I'm at home and I realised that they only spent 30 mins between two persons. For a tiny flat that costs £46 for regular clean, it's overpriced, plus I don't need them to clean my 2 bedrooms. I probawbly will consider other company.
