Great house clean generally. Lovely and helpful cleaners. I hope they get better vacuum cleaners though. They don't seem to pick up all the dirt.

Generally good, but the bed side tables, pictures and lamps were not cleaned and are still very dusty and I didn't feel the living room was thoroughly hoovered (under the chair for example)

I will be glad when Molly Maid and I have settled into a routine. So far there have ben rather too many changes for me to have faith in the service. I remain optimistic, as the former franchise I was part of did in general give me a settled and reliable service.

My first visit from Molly Maid was wonderful. I work full time and work long hours and spend all my weekends cleaning etc. so Molly Maid have made such a big difference to my life. However, the second visit was not as good. A lot of surfaces were not cleaned etc. and it all looked a bit rushed. I am sure this was an oversight and look forward to their next visit.

Cleaning is ok, but no better than when I do a quick flick. Don't think the hoover they use is very good, and I would expect things like floors would be cleaner if they're steam cleaned.....

So far, Molly Maid has failed to fix the date and time in accord with arrangements already made. I am hoping that from now onwards arrangements that have been made will be adhered to.

The usual standard of cleaning is OK but I have had issues both with sub standard cleaning (occasional) and a run of no shows and no rearrangement (more often than I feel "normal") I have raised this with the supervisor and things did improve but can fall back. I have a cleaning service (which is more expensive than direct employment) for reliability and having cover even when someone is sick and sometimes that hasn't happened.

We have overall mostly been happy with the service we have received, and we like Debbie and Jade who are always polite and friendly. However, we have noticed that over the years, the clean is done more quickly and less thoroughly. For example, some rooms that should be cleaned every other visit have gone for long periods without being cleaned. There are also multiple cobwebs in the ceiling corners that never get removed, and grime and dust collects on the floor in the corners of rooms that never get cleaned. As a result, we feel the service is no longer value for money and have been considering looking elsewhere.

It has taken a very long time to keep to the promised hours - and it still doesn't always happen - and at last there seems to be consistency in the 'girls' who come. They are always very friendly and willing but never complete the full hour for which I am paying a very expensive £48.00 I would, however, appreciate a little more attention to detail, e.g. more careful dusting of ornaments. Doing this might mean that they would work the full hour! But on the whole I am satisfied with the service provided.

Variable, I seldom get the same cleaners twice, some are friendly and conscientious. Yesterday they were gone in 50 minutes and didn't even clean the window ledges in the conservatory (Complained it was hot mopping in there.)

Normally good cleaning, and pleasant staff. Recently I have had cleaners who were both not native English speakers - one gabbled away very fast in a mangled version, the other did not speak at all, a bit difficult to cope with. Originally, the cleaners would be more or less the same people each week, I found that more satisfactory than not knowing who is going to turn up.

it is possible that my original contract is in need of an update as I feel that there are occasions when there are things not done that I would expect as part of a clean. The girls are very punctual but do seem always to be in a rush which makes it appear that they do not have enough time before their next job they are always friendly and in the main the same girls come each time which I do like....
