“Claim with my insurance was filed on my discharge day and not when I was admitted out of labor and delivery so I left the hospital without my pump waiting on insurance approval. This caused me to be in quite a bit of pain while I waited for my pump to arrive. There was also confusion around language used for when I would have my pump shipped. Language used was when my payment “posted” however a posted payment can take quite a few days to complete, which I did not have time to wait. I recommend filing claims with insurance within 12 hours of admission out of labor and delivery for timely approval and removing language of “posted payments” and referring “processed paymemt” or “approved payment”.
After these issues were settled, I did have a good experience with staff and timeliness of shipping.”
“I’ve been using my Lansinoh Discreet Duo Wearble breast pump for about 3 weeks. It’s convenient being able to move around while pumping but just 3 weeks and one of my pumps just stopped working!”
“I was told it came with the flange inserts I needed. It did not. So I can’t even use the pump because I can’t afford inserts at the moment. My husband lost his job. If I would have known it didn’t have the inserts I needed I would have got one that for sure had them.”

“It's not my favorite pump but it works. All the different settings are a bit confusing being postpartum and trying to find the right speed and suction.”
