Looked at quotes for car insurance on Moneysupermarket and they went up each time I searched. Managed to get the exact same insurance on a lesser known comparison site ( not comparethemarket- they were just as bad!) for £700 less!! Will not be using again

I joined Virgin Media back in June 2023 through a deal on Money Supermarket and was promised a £70.00 voucher after 120 days. After 120 days Virgin gave me the information they said l needed to pass on to a company called Broadband choices, who are a subsidiary of money supermarket, to claim my voucher. Broadband Choices email you a link which is registered to money supermarket where you enter the date of your joining Virgin Media, the name of the package you selected on money supermarket and your customer reference number which begins with CH. I was then told by Broadband choices that this was invalid as I had not gone through the correct browser when registering for the Virgin broadband package? This is despite following the link on moneysupermarket. Virgin were equally unhelpful saying it was nothing to do with them as it was third party. The 2 people l dealt with at Broadband choices were Bethany and then someone called Vicky, who my complaint that l hadn't received the voucher was escalated to . If you ask for help or complain their sole aim is to not answer your question and email generic blurp. They won't answer whether they work for money supermarket but they seem to be the ones fielding customer queries. And this is because money supermarket want to give this £70.00 voucher to as few people as possible and save themselves substantial funds. Broadband choices consistently try to be as vague as possible when answering customer queries. It is almost criminal in the way they respond. This has been upsetting and frustrating for me as a customer going back and forth between Virgin and broadband choices as well as moneysupermarket. l must say I am disappointed in money supermarket l expected to be treated better. MONEYSUPERMARKET are SCAMMERS!!! BE WARNED... And l won't be using their site again.

I bought travel insurance through this company about 1 week ago. I have had no confirmation from the insurers, no documentation for the insurance, no policy. I have tried contactiong Moneysupermarket, using the "contact us" section of their website. I did a review on Trustpilot, similar to this one. The next day the review was answered and they said they had answered my original email. I checked my email inbox and junkmail boxes, nothing! There are phone numbers listed on the net, these answer by the network stating "this number is not recognised". There is no reliable way to contact this company. I am glad it is only a small amount of money (£16.62) and not a few hundred pounds, but it leaves me wondering how a multimillion pound stock market listed company are happy to steal money from a retired person. My next stop will be the Financial Ombudsman Service.

MoneySuperMarket.com discriminates against people by not providing inclusive title options. They make titles mandatory on their website, which there is no need to do. They then do not provide inclusive title options such as Mx. They make claims how they are an inclusive company and yet discriminate against people like me who identify as non-binary. Gender is a spectrum, not binary. There are too many companies out there who show zero respect for inclusivity and offer empty promises of change that never comes about. There is NO EXCUSE for discrimination EVER!

I would recommend this car insurance comparison site to everyone. The site is very easy to access & navigate. Basically, all the work is done for you, as you only need to fill out your details and choose which options are best for you. Before I was using mycompare.co.uk but this year I tried money supermarket and was just as happy with the results and saved a similar amount on my car insurance. Fantastic, should of done this ages ago and saved myself a packet!

None of quoted prices and extra chosen appear on the providers website nor did they reflect the quotation on the monet supermarket.com. Both Halifax and RAC provided higher quotes. The time taken to enter the details and contact the providers to purchase the quotes through the chat proved to be unsuccessful and resulted in making a telephone call to the provider was inexcess of an 1.5 hours. I will not be using Money Supermarket.com for car insurance quotes again.

The £150 voucher offer is a total scam. You would think during the purchase that you would be given £150 to spend on a service, but in reality, it comprises of multiple small vouchers, for different providers, where you would never be able to use all at the same time. Shame on you MoneySuperMarket.

Last year my partner and I got our individual car insurance with this company. The prices were very good in both cases. Each of us was given £150.00 in vouchers to use in the whole year. These vouchers allowed each of us to get new tyres, a full service for the car, tracking, MOT, etc. The trouble came when trying to redeem and use the vouchers on different occasions. This was due to using their system of claiming the value of the vouchers and getting the financial figures right after having used each voucher to see what was left to be used from the original £150. We still have not managed to get this right and now they have expired after the 1 year of use period.

Watching your adverts clearly your products are just for women men have been totally excluded. I could not support such a bigoted company that practices misandry.

As easy to use as Confused.com but found more details that were readily available to read and understand regarding quotes for car insurance which saved time in deciding which insurance company to go with. There was no switching from one page to another or need to phone any company for confirmation of what was on offer.
