so far all I have done is buy insurance and thankfully have not had to make a claim so all I can say is buy it was easy enough.

I took a quote online in which their quote was cheapest among well known companies but when i was directed to their website they increased it by £40 which I think not good.

The call center staff were generally helpful, but what I do NOT appreciate is the total disregard for long term, low claim customers. I have been with the same Insurance Company in all its different name, starting with Sun Alliance in 1964. This year I was offered a renewed policy at £932 reduced to £758 as a loyal customer. After some discussion this was amended to £609 and finally agreed to be £395 QUITE A DIFFERENCE. There will not be a renewal if this is repeated.

Your online navigation is murder to try and find anything I bought legal insurance with my house and car I thought it would be straight and simple to look it up under the one roof Not so, after trolling through various sights on your web page I gave up and have now decided once my insurance expires I will go elsewhere that will be easier to follow. Again as I was saying I like to keep my insurance profile in the one place with easy access. William Lawson

Apparently during the life of your policy you can add certain areas of cover to the policy free of charge, however you cannot claim for an event within this area of cover if it has just happened! Why, if it is now free, isn't it just included in your policy from the beginning as standard??? Too late for me but may be worth making contact to enquire if there is anything free that you can add to your current policy now before you may need to claim in the future!

Insurance policy OK until it came up for renewal. Despite having made no claim the primium increased by nearly 40%. When I told the telesales person I could buy their same policy on line for much less no atemot was made to reduce the inflated price. So I went elsewhere. I now have better cover for less than my earlier More Than premium by shopping around on line for the best deal.

When our beautiful dog had to be put to sleep(she had liver cancer) we filled in the form and left it with the vet. They asked for payment beginning of November and sent a reminder e-mail Christmas Eve,when we enquired in January the bill had not been paid.A little remiss to say the least, not impressed.

I was appalled at the service provided after making a claim for a burst pipe which was located under a concrete floor on the ground floor of the house. I made this claim at the end of june and yet as i write this (19/01/2015), my claim/work has not been finished at all. At 1st when they sent an assesor out, he gave me all the wrong information. Told me i had to rip up all the old flooring, which turned out to be wrong. The floor layers came and told me they couldnt lay the floor as i had no certificate of dryness????? This puzzled me until they told me what was meant to happen and thats where i found out the assesor had giving me all wrong information.....so since end of August i have been waiting for 2 different companies to come out and lift up the remaining flooring that was damaged from the original burst pipe over 6 months ago. I have finally had the kitchen tiles taken up by 1 company called radayr and now i am waiting for another company called "rainbow" to uplift the few remaining tiles in the bathroom/hallway area. This I know will not be done until at the very earliest the end of this month. So therefore tiotalling in over 7months of not being able to use half of the ground floor in my house. Not 1 time during this period has this insurance company contacted me to let me know how things are progressing, i have had to do all this myself and booking in the companys to do this work.....would definately not recomend Go Compare to any family or friends after this shambles.
