Absolute scam. Based in China and using a front business in Germany. Exact same set up as Lightzey and many others that spend heavily on Google ads. No contact centre, contact forms don’t work. Everything is a con. Do Not Buy.

Terrible experience. Will never order from this website again. Ordered hand guard for my CRF1100, quality is very poor and no mounting instruction. When I wanted to return the item, It says:"No return to this location", which is California in USA!!!! KEEP AWAY from this company

J’ai commandé une béquille moto. J’ai reçu le mauvais article. J’ai renvoyée l’article comme demandé par Motea cela a prit en tout 20 jours pour me renvoyé un nouvel article après vérification par le service logistique après un échange interminable de mails avec le service clientèle ! Le nouvel article était de nouveau un mauvais article J’ai sonné au service clientèle qui m’a signifié qu’il ne voulais plus que je soit client et que je pouvait commander sur un autre site !!! Je trouve ça aberrant en 2023 !

AVOID AT ALL COST!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Worst experience ever with online shopping. I bought some side bags for my motorbike ( as I suppose to travel trought Europe from the 3 of June )at the beginning of Abril that supposed to be delivered in 10 days time, Nothing as been delivered and after 15 days I wrote to the company that told me that the delivery time was 55 days, and was scheduled for the 26 of May. Still nothing happened so I wrote again the 27 of May and they assure me that will deliver on 4 of June. That was very late but I reschedule my tour cross Europe for the 8 June. Nothing been delivered yet again, and ones I went back to the company they told me that still don't have the side bags, and I'll have to wait 6 to 8 weeks !!!!! And if I didn't like it I could order from someone else, when I've been already waiting for 70 days!!ITS A JOKE!!! I ask them to find a solution and if they could offer me some different bags or I I had to ask for refund, explaining them that I lost by old debit card and that de refund had to be on the new one.....wait for this... They wrote an email blaming me for the delay telling me that I knew it already and that they refund me on the los card! They are scummers! Be very aware! I have to change all the plans of holidays that I did after one year of hard work, as it was impossible to leave without bags, and with a very thight budget . AVOID AT ALL COST! Horrible customer service, hopefully the lady on customer service will loose her job, as she doesn't know how to do it

Should've adhered to the advice of those posting the low reviews. I'm still waiting for my product some 3 months after ordering. Customer service is non existent. Shop elsewhere!

This company is Garbage rotten don't touch them hopeless take your money and don't care atoll about customer mucked me about for 3 weeks I didn't get my item only to be eventually told they had refunded £309 worst company I've ever dealt with

Motea Shipped my order in two parts and included invoices for the full retail value, not the special offer price on both parcels, both poorly packed and damaged. As a consequence, I had to pay customs duty and VAT twice (50%). Motea Customer Service doesn't even respond to emails. Hopeless, avoid at all costs!

Be warned if you're ordering from the UK, make sure you allow for an extra 125 Gbp import tax. Makes the kit expensive.

Worst Customer Service - So bad it's unbelieveable! I order an adapter for my ConStand to fit my new bike. It arrived missing a bolt. This was obvious from the picture of the contents and that I fitted one of these to a previous bike. It's an engine bolt so didn't want to try to find something in the hardware shop. After 3 messages via their website, I was getting no response - I finally had to open a PayPal dispute to get their attention. I'm hoping to soon get a refund as a sent the item back at a cost of €20 to me. On an €80 purchase! The worst part is now my ConStand is completely useless. Do I order again with the hope they'll get it right the next time or just chuck my ConStand in the skip and be done with it? Anyway safe to say I won't be shopping on Motea again and couldn't recommend a ConStand unless you are planning on never changing your bike.

😡😡 Keep away from this fucked up company. Waited 3 months, still no Sizzybar. When I E-mailed them, They didn’t answer, and They charged me one more time from my creditcard. Now I give up, and will contact my creditcard-company to get my money back. 🤬🤬

Extremely poor customer service, dont care one bit about there customers. Sent my order in two shipments which is going to endure two customs fees. Haven't received the second shipment yet but the first shipment cost £75 at the door and I expect the same on the second shipment. They dont care less about wasting your money. Didn't careless about my situation and their only response is to send back all my goods for a refund. Please avoid Motea, wish I had looked at reviews first hand. Shockingly poor services with an attitude to match.

You said fast delivery! Now you're telling me it's going to take 3 months? That's what you consider fast delivery! I have no way of getting in time contact with this company I can't even figure out how to send them an email! Very difficult now I got to wait and see if I even get the product in 3 months then the battle starts

If it let me do no stars that would be my decision.. bought parts for my bike states they’re for my bike £400 worth and they don’t fit nor will they accept my return of them having paid extra for the 30 day return guarantee..im very unhappy 🙁 absolutely garbage company with poor quality control and costumer service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.. absolutely pathetic, I ordered a full panner set for my motorbike, basically a top box and 2 panniers, a box for the left and a box for the right hand sides of the bike, however when they arrived I had to pay £194 import taxes etc, on top of this I received 2x left boxes and not a left and right set. While I was starting the return of the wrong item for a refund I purchased a right hand box as i needed the set for a pre arranged upcoming road trip, this arrived and I had to again pay import taxes totalling £110 and upon opening my parcel motea had again sent me another left hand box, so now I have 3 left boxes and an over £300 wasted in import costs. I am appalled by how this has been let happen, surely someone should be visually inspecting orders fully and checking items match up visually with what has been ordered prior to dispatch.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a seat in April 2022 and was advised it would arrive on 24 June 22. I decided to contact Motea yesterday to ask for a shipping tracking number, expecting the seat will be on its way and I was simply told that there's another delay of 1 month. 3 months for a simple seat and no updates whatsoever! Had I not contacted Motea to ask for a tracking number I am sure the company would not have notified me. Motea show that they have poor relationships with their suppliers and most importantly have no care for customers who have already paid and are patiently waiting for what they paid for a long time ago. I encourage everyone to avoid this company in hope that they realise the value of their customers and create processes that show this.

Awful experience, bought 4 items for a lot of money, they never sent anything I purchased, one of the items they sent even got delivered to a different address according to the online tracking, I emailed them about this then the next day the tracking info somehow CHANGED to show delivery to completely different address (I screen shotted everything for proof), both the addresses it claimed this one parcel was delivered to WHERE THE WRONG ADDRESS, one was a completely different county!!! The next order was for over 300 EUR and was not even sent to me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.
