“I rarely use bonus funds to play with however, on 10/8/21 I used some bonus funds and I won £2400 jackpot. It let me withdraw it via PayPal and my bank account as it stated there was a maximum limit withdrawal via paypal and it stated that it was being processed. However, today I was informed on a chat with them after they asked me to get in contact that the most I would receive was £50 due to the wagering requirements. This is so unfair, why give bonus funds if we cannot win any money, most people play to win, that's the whole point of the game.
