“Returned this item in its original packing to the Park Royal Office because the plumber did not turn up to install. They are now refusing to refund because the box has transparent tape on it which was used to put the address on. Complete scam. The first person said the box was damaged, which was ok because it was insured when sent by Hermes, the second person claims it is not saleable because of the transparent tape on the box.
Gave me a number for an internet team who asked me to go back to the depot, which is basically a run around. The person at the internet team put the phone down whilst I was explaining the problem. I am trying to get as many people aware of this terrible customer service experience.”
