“I bought from Mr Price home online and the delivery was supposed to be in the 27th March by 17:00 but to dat the 29th March there is no delivery. I made contact with the call center and sent WhatsApp messages but the service was terrible to say the very least - the customer care agent care very less, complaint resolution is definitely not the goal with them instead they cause more frustration.”

“I am not one to write reviews but with the second experience thought I should. Any mrp home runners that have prints are the worst because they colour bleed so badly no matter how careful you try to clean them. With my first one, took it back to Mrp fourways but I was basically told it’s my fault . Got second runner the same thing has happened. Completely the white parts changed because of the bleeding/running of the other colour on it. The most annoying thing is we are paying so much for rugs/ runners that are not goood at all. I would not recommend buying runners that have prints from Mr Price . The never accept responsibility .”

“They delivered my R14000 new couch with grease type marks on it, all over in fact and in wrong colour ( see order pic), unless I’m colour blind and unassembled (feet off) and then refused to assemble it for me when the site clearly says no assembly required!”
“We have a guest lodge and ordered 4 couches from MRP Home. 3 of the four couches has broken at the same place and I logged an email complaint as per customer service's request with pictures and our order number. To this day no-one can give me any feedback or has made contact it is nearly 3 weeks!!!!
The couches were the "studio corner units", terrible quality and a huge design fault, do not purchase any couches from MRP Home. They are made cheap for a high price tag. I am so disappointed in the service and the quality, I will never even support MRP Home in store either, so sad as I bought most goods for our lodge rooms there.
I will keep disputing this until we receive our money back.”
