“I have bought some Mugpods coffee capsules as a Christmas present for someone else so I can’t comment about the taste of the coffee or hot chocolate or it’s compatibility with her Nespresso machine. What I can say is that the website was clear and easy to order from using my phone. The capsules arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. The person whom the capsules are for was particularly looking for hot chocolate so I’m sure she will be thrilled with her present once she receives it.”

“I made my first order with Mugpods for some decaff and hot choc pods and the whole transaction was simple and very quick. They delivered quickly and well packaged. The whole family have rally been enjoying the taste of their pods and they sell them at great prices. Would recommend and will be ordering again soon.”

“Plenty to recommend here. I have struggled to find Nespresso pods in anything other than coffee - which Mugpods Ltd have put right. Decaf, syrup infused and hot chocolate all being part of my order. Also, their descaling agent is in small sachets, and apparently cheaper than a great many. Their pods/pouches are also biodegradable, which is better all round. Their communication was good, and my order was well packaged, without the sledgehammer-to-crack-a-nut wrapping that I have had with certain market leading online retailers.”

“I was wonderfully surprised at how easy it was to order my chocolate pods online. The whole process took a couple of minutes. The delivery was swift and came in a strong cardboard box to protect my purchases. A brilliant company to work with. I will definitely be ordering from them again.”
