“Hot Chocolate Nespresso pods... Ordered on Sun 22/12/19 not at all expecting to receive them before Xmas. Have been trying to find a good Hot Chocolate for my Kitchen Aid Nespresso machine. Well, ordering was easy with simple and clear on line site, they arrived on Xmas Eve after only 3 days and hubby and I are very impressed indeed. Very easy advice (suggesting different ways and mixes to drink the hot chocolate), very CLEAN process as all the chocolate powder is used up and it tastes FAB (had ours with frothed milk on top). Will definitely order again and explore the others in their ranges. We ordered the double shot coffee pods but they are a stocking filler for our daughter shhhhhh... so will review at a later date. WELL DONE MUGPODS.”

“I was most impressed as although postage stated 1-5 days they came the next day and this during the run up to Christmas. I bought them as a Christmas gift but would certainly recommend Mugpods.”

“Perfecto. Shopping I made mainly hot hot chocolate. I mostly enjoyed chocolate with mint. It just seems pretty sweet to me. I'd love to have chocolate with mint, no sugar. I also liked chocolate with caramel. I will order again in the near future and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. The price is also favorable.”

As you rightly pointed out, we try to keep our postage costs as low as we can, at only £1.90 on 6 boxes (60% less than Nespresso) or free for over 10 boxes.

“Although I do enjoy coffee my previous coffee machine also enabled me to have hot chocolate , which was missing in my new one. “My wife doesn't like coffee but loves hot chocolate so as nespresso do not make chocolate pods i thought i would give yours a try. Well she was blown away and actually thought it had a better taste than a shop bought drink. My kids love them too. Thank you for saving my life as now she thinks my extravagant purchase of a new machine was well worth it. Phew!!! I will be trying your coffee pods in the non too distant future.”

“Having just made the jump to a nespresso machine I was happy to find Mugpods. While the samples of coffee that came with the machine were all well and good none of them had the caffeine kick I needed in the morning like the Double shot from Mugpods. Mixing the hot chocolate pod with a double shot pod makes a mean Caffe Mocha. Thanks Mugpods”

“It's a new way to get new use out of your Nespresso machine and Aeroccino milk frother All the chocolate pod are good my favorite by far is the hazelnut flavour Also I love a Macchiato and with the double shot expresso, it's perfect!!!”

“I thought the Hot Chocolate pods could be used (and would be good as well) with water. My Nespresso only has a water tank attached. I thought that making it with milk was only recommended, but the first thing I saw on the boxes was "Add hot or cold milk". I feel that it could have been made more clear on the site that you actually have to use milk for the hot chocolate pods. It's confusing when there's a category named milkshakes, and another one that says hot chocolate pods. In hindsight I wouldn't have bought 5 boxes of hot chocolate pods, if I knew that making it with milk is the only way.”

Hi Heidi, The hot chocolate pods can be used just with water. The "Just add hot or cold milk" note is only our suggestion as this is how they are best served based on customer feedback, and like most hot chocolates. As for our site, we have a milkshake range as well as a hot chocolate range which is why both options are there. I apologise that you feel you bought too many.
