“We have just completed the sale of our property with MuluHome. The house had been on the market for 11 months with local estate agents but within two weeks of advertising our property with Mulu we received a very competitive offer. This was definitely due to the professional assistance of the Mulu team. I must give a really special mention to Moni and Helen who were our personal contacts at Mulu, they kept us constantly updated with all developments related to the sale and nothing whatsoever was too much trouble for either of them. I was encouraged to ring at any time with any questions or queries and each time this was necessary I was dealt with in a friendly manner. I will definitely be recommending Mulu to anyone I know who has a property to sell and Mulu will, without a doubt, be the estate agent we will be using if we have a property to sell in the future.”

“I just wanted to take the time to thank Mulu for their excellent service during the sale of our home. In particular we wanted to take the time to thank you Chris for your outstanding support during the sale of our house. I am sure that you think that you are' just doing your job' however, your reliability, advice and guidance during this alien time made the whole process bearable ! We honestly felt that we had a friend for guidance on the other side of the telephone whenever we needed it , even if I had a silly question ! We have been so impressed with the service we have recommended Mulu to others, one couple took our advice and had an offer on their house in Llanelli within 2 weeks ( their home had been on the marked locally for almost a year). “Thank you for your email. I am delighted to inform you that I have received a first class and professional service from your organisation. It is often inappropriate to single individuals for praise but from my experience of dealing with Gareth and Gemma I am full of praise for both. For context, 8 Heol y Dryw was a rented property with me living approx 100 miles away. Therefore I needed a team that I could trust to sell the property in my absence. Gareth lived up to this and more. He has a reputation as one that you would want on your side and I searched him out for this very reason a and he did not disappoint. From the viewings to the negotiations and to the complexities of an absent landlord he stepped up to the plate and smoothed the waters. He went above and beyond the call of duty in securing and completing this sale. An important aspect for an absentee landlord is communication. Throughout the process Gemma was on hand to answer questions and to keep me updated from day to day. She has patience, excellent telephone manner and an eagerness to assist in any way possible.”

“Well where do I start? I can definitely say that MuluHomes have more than exceeded our expectations and have certainly fulfilled every promise they have made to us. In a nutshell, our house has been on the market with a local estate agent since October last year with no positive results and very poor communication. Mulu marketed our property two weeks ago and we already have an offer, which is absolutely fantastic. Therefore the results speak for themselves!! Also, can I say a massive thank you to Helen our personal negotiator who has kept in regular contact with any updates in a friendly and approachable manner.
