I hired Real Estate Agent and Broker Teresa Roberts (License #: BRE #01996900
Company Name: MVP Realty SoCal)
to sell my house. She could NOT sell my house but still demanded a commission for the sale! She then filed a frivolous lawsuit against me for a $104,000 commission even though she did NOT sell my house.
This lawsuit is public and can be viewed at online: LASC Case No. 20STCV13284.
During this transaction, not only did she FORGE my signature on a disclosure, she also brought me a fake PHONY buyer. The buyer had no money, NEVER ordered an appraisal, and NEVER even attempted to get a loan during the entire transaction. He NEVER provided me with a valid Letter of Intent, a Pre-Qualification Letter, a Pre-Approval Letter, or an Approval letter! The Buyer basically did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING during the entire transaction and yet she sued me for $104,000 commission on this transaction.
If I had known about Teresa’s PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY, I would have never worked with her.
