Questioning if the UGG boot is authentic

I was skeptical when ordering because I had never heard of this company. My brother-in-love asked me to buy Uggs for my sister andI found them here. So glad I took the "risk." I got authentic Uggs in new condition in a very timely matter. I plan to order here again.

I bought a pair of boots for my wife around two weeks before Christmas and then after Christmas when she tried them on and noticed that they were the wrong size I got on your website and noticed that you had a refund policy of 14 days which I never wanted a refund so after looking for a way to contact you and noticing it was only by email I sent you guys an email asking if there was a way I could exchange them because I did not want my money back my wife loved the boots we were just a half a size too small, after waiting for five days on a response from you guys All I got was please refer to a refund and exchange policy. Are you kidding me? I guess there’s no such thing as taking care of the customer anymore now we’re stuck with a pair of $180 UGG boots that don’t even fit and cannot get in touch with anyone with this company about doing a simple exchange I would never and will never buy from this place again and will spread the word on how terrible the customer service is

Hello Joshua, We apologize for the delayed response. As per our return policy, we indeed accept returns within 14 days of package delivery. However, we try to do everything possible to keep our customers happy and if a replacement is available, we are happy to offer an exchange even past the return window.

The prices are obviously great but if you need to make a return they charge a 10% restocking fee, they don't provide return shipping, and state that if the box is damaged then you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. I would be happy with the 10% by itself but having to pay for return shipping and then having liability for a damaged box on top of that is a little much especially considering the shoes they sent me were shipped as the shoe box inside a bag making it VERY susceptible to damage on it's initial delivery. Unless you are absolutely certain of exactly what you want and the exact size you need, you may not save any money in the long run by buy shoes through this website.

Terrible return policy. 14 days for a christmas gift? Seriously? Stick with zappos, ugg website or amazon. Will never buy from a no-name retailer like this again!

I have tried to contact anyone within the company to exchange sizes. I have not been able to get through to anyone. Very disappointed with this company.

The product arrived as described but when the gift didn’t fit and I went to iissye and exchange on 12/26/22, the day after it was given, and found out there is only a 14 day return / exchange policy. The email sent was returned almost immediately and they agreed to exchange them for another size. There is a $20 fee for the flat fee which is outrageous. I only recommend buying here if you know the exact size of what you want and not purchase a gift.

Hello Melissa, There is NO FEE to exchange the boots. The customer does pay return shipping on returns and exchanges and we simply offer to purchase a return label from us at a discounted commercial rate of $20. However, as our return instructions clearly say, the customer is most welcome to purchase a label directly from USPS, UPS or FedEx at their standard shipping rates.

This company will rip you off they have no good faith in returns. They make it close to impossible and charge “restocking fees”. They sell fake copies and the make you pay for return shipping if you can even get a return processed. DO NOT BUY HERE

I bought ugg slippers for my GF for her birthday. She tried them on the day we got them. Not removing anything from them besides the cardboard insert inside 1 of them. She put it on and the size 8bqas to small. She has lots of uggs and wears an 8. So we sent email to exchange for a 9. They said they did have. So we returned them after they sent approval # sent them they were delived to them and now noone will return emails, messenger, or anything to us. Been 2 weeks and 10 or so emails. Feels like they love to take the money but god forbid they have to return it. Its horrible. Did everything they asked and now we just get nothing.

There return policy stated 30days however after 14days they didnt honor the return. Emailed this company 4times and never got a respond. I will never order from them again.

Hello Kathy, Our return policy is 14 days, which is clearly indicated on our Return Policy page, as well as on every single product page. The policy has remained unchanged since November 2019. We are sorry you missed the return period.

I would not trust buying from MyCozyBoots. I bought a pair of Ugg Women’s gloves. The websites said the gloves are new with tags. I received used gloves with no tags. The company allowed me to return them, however I had to pay for shipping. When I emailed them to cover the shipping, they never responded. After I sent back the gloves , knowing the company received the return from the tracking number, they did not refund me my money. When I emailed them about the return, I never received a response. I had do get my credit card company involved.

I ordered a pair of black Ugg’s, I received a used pair of brown Ugg’s, I returned them with the week, they refused to refund me! Please Beware before you deal with this company!!

My pink Dakota uggs were being delivered and when It said it was delivered I went outside and there was nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past couple of days and they responded fast at first and then they completely stopped replying and it sucks because they don’t have those ugg moccasins anywhere on my size but here! I just want my refund or the mocassins try to be sent again!

Dear Yvette, we're sorry about your experience. We indeed stopped replying to the messages sent over the weekend as we're closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we did respond to all the questions you had on Monday morning. Tracking number confirms delivery to the requested address, and the best course of action in this case is to open a claim with the carrier (USPS) at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Damaged!!! No phone number to call to send back. Over 7 emails to them for info to return. Have messaged them directly from their contact us. No response. Out $170. Do not buy from them!!

Tod, your return request was approved well within our return approval period of 2 days (request opened on Nov 6, processed at 9AM on Nov 8). The return reason you indicated is that you do not like the boots. The boots are supposed to have a distressed look, that's the style and is clearly visible in the product images. We are waiting to receive your item back for a refund.
