“Have ordered a few different tags from here, they have always been very good quality and last a very long time. Always quick delivery. These last tags turned out good, however the placement of the letters were not "exactly as shown".”

Hi Daniel, thanks for your review. Our ballchains are made in the USA from 304 stainless steel according to military specifications. “Order My Dog Tag was an easy process once I became familiar with the format. The preview method made it able for me to make changes prior to ordering to ensure I got what I wanted. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress from order to delivery. The only negative I can see is that the plastic ring that goes around the tag does not stay in place well when worn on a regular basis by my dog. It may work better on humans.”

Hi Randy, thanks for your feedback. As stated on our website silicone silencers are not intended to be used on dogs due to their active/rough environments. “Quality was good and as you said, material wasn’t to original thickness but still was happy with them. Was not happy with the international fee that was charged. Nothing was said about that.”

“Good quality tag, fast delivery. The chain wouldn’t close the piece the chain goes into to lock was completely closed so chain could not be closed into a circle.”

Hi Joy, Thanks for your feedback. Our ball-chains are mil-spec and made in the USA, howver it is possible that the one you received is defective in which case we will replace it. It can indeed be difficult to close a chain, since sometimes you have to pull tightly to have the ball snap into place into the connector piece. “I am a Veteran Service Officer. I have a veteran who lost his Vietnam Era dog tags. He has dementia. Those dog tags mean the world to him. I ordered some to replace the lost tags. They came quickly. I have not given them to him yet but I am sure it is going to brighten his day.”

“I was excited to order a replacement set of dogtags--but I do not think they are anything like the orioginal issue. The old tags seem in my mind to have been a heavier metal/weight than these paper thing tags you sent. Maybe I am wrong but that is my impression. But Thanks for these.. Dr. J McKernan”

“Great product, quick turnaround. My only complaint would be that when longer lengths on leather it’s important to take into consideration that the knot is 1.5- 2.0 inches. So if you want a 32 inch necklace 34 inch length has to be ordered. My bad . I’ve done this twice already.”
