“They are not Microsoft partners and that's the first lie they tell you. And it gets worst from there on, they had my name and mailing address (probably hacked my Email), and got my CC info to help fix the issues that they caused in the first place. DO NOT TRUST any word that they say, it is a total scam, there is already a lawsuit against them and hope it can bring them to justice and pay back the thousands of dollars that they stole from others. Please be aware of any pop-up on your Windows laptop saying you need to call a toll-free number to fix the issue, Microsoft never asks you to call a Toll-Free number.”

“I was in the process of giving the My Phone Support fellow my information so he could help me fix my Surface Pro when it occurred to me that it was not a company affiliated with Microsoft. The man on the phone asked for my email and told me he'd check if my laptop was under warranty. He returned to the phone and told me it wasn't and so I could pay for help--either $99 or another option at $199. I hung up at that point and dialed Microsoft's help line directly. When I finally got through to someone at Microsoft, she checked on my warranty--and it's still good! She said I didn't need to pay for any help she gave me. I don't know much about computers, but My Phone Support feels like a scam.”

“I called a man (don't recall his name) to help fix my new Lenovo laptop. I just purchased this brand new and it is malfunctioning terribly, and all he kept trying to do was make me pay more money rather than fix the problem. He was very rude at the end of the phone call, and I would not recommend calling these people for support or even purchasing a Lenovo product for that matter.”

“I was very pleased with the service today. He took care of the problem so much faster than the gentleman did the night before. I finally just gave up working with the tech the night before. Today the gentleman understood my problem and was very helpful From me he gets 5 stars. Thanks for asking my opinion. The night before i was so tired by the time i told him that was enough. I should not have given the gentleman a good review but i couldn't see anywhere for comments. Thanks again.”

“I received a call from someone who said they had a call from MS saying I wasn't the only one on my machine and MS asked them to fix it.. The spiel they gave me was very convincing but I called My Phone Support to see if there really was a problem. The tech who worked with me verified that there was no problem whatsoever and the caller was trying to scam me. I had just upgraded to windows 10 today and I thought I had done something wrong. The tech checked all the setting and said things looked good on the new windows, and there was no one on my machine other than me. I am so glad that I had a contract with My Phone Support. I hate to think what might had happened to me if I didn't have these guys looking out for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the help today and in the past. I've had a couple of other calls for help and My Phone Support consistently gives me outstanding support.”
