“Only regret is that I cannot score lower than 1 star. We are now on day 21 of a 4-6 day delivery window, and I have just been advised that there are further delays from the courier. Customer service is pretty much non-existent, and they seem to believe an offer of a discount which is lower than can be obtained from a quick google search will be enough to guarantee further business. Very poor”

“Nice quality canvas however not the place to order from if you want them in a hurry, very slow delivery, sent by UPS who do NOT update their tracking & don't deliver on time. Also not pleased with hidden extra costs, All canvas should come ready to hang as standard but not from here you have to pay extra for hanging kit ??!! Should be included! Wasn't very well packaged either, just a thin plastic clear wrap then one thin layer of cardboard which was damaged exposing the canvas corners, a few areas of damage to outer packaging but by sheer luck items were ok inside, considering the distance they travelled they should have been much better protected than they were. Overall the products are lovely, just packaging & service needs improvement, on reflection i would order again.”

“No response from the team and if there was a response they literally state whats written on the website. A 40cmx40cm pillow for printing an image on it is taking production 9 days (their website states 2 business days for production & that's after going into different pages on their website, where first, at plain sight, they state within 24 hours but when you dig deeper you find other shipping info - which as well isn't true by the way). I certainly don't advise anyone to order anything from this company. Still waiting for my product till date, I DIDN'T receive it till date 12 DAYS, DON'T believe the timelines provided on their website. I DON'T advise the use of MyPicture for any services/products, I'm saving you, your money, frustration and time for following up. And that's excluding the product's quality, that's if I ever receive it.”

“My canvas is perfect. I recently lost my husband so I chose a selection of my favourite photos to make a collage. I was a bit concerned about the quality of my pictures but they have worked perfectly and I am really happy with it. It was really easy to do, the website is straightforward and you are kept up to date with your order and delivery. I will definitely be using again soon.”

“re:UKA39903847477 The print quality was ok but the canvas was very poorly centred so the print was on the side on one end and the white side was on the front on the other end, just how hard should it be to centre a canvas when it has a white edge all the way round, what a disappointment”
