“Commandé le 1er janvier, livraison prévue le 3 ou 4 janvier. Je reçu la commande le 9 janvier. Étant donné qu’il s’agissait d’un cadeau d’anniversaire, cet épisode m’a pas mal mise en difficulté. Je ne suis pas contente de l’acheminement de cette livraison.”

“It was ok. I got the wrong size of an article and had to return it. Also there was no return address in one of the orders, so I had to combine two orders - not sure if this was ok.”

“Die My-Store Seite kann nur über ein Handy besucht werden, über den PC ist diese völlig unbrauchbar. Die Seite stürzt auf dem PC ab, es werden keinerlei Bilder angezeigt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit dies zu ändern. Ausserdem ist dies ein Dauerzustand und die Seite ist seit Monaten nicht mehr mit einem PC nutzbar.”
