“They provided late the master thesis proposal (a pre-requisite to be assigned for 2022 thesis presentations), made me loose the chance to enter the final round. No one informed in advance; ironically I was promised 2 days before that the writer could deliver earlier. Awkwardly in the presenting day I was in front of my supervisor with no proposal and thus not included in the group that will continue to submit the thesis for 2022.
I asked for full refund but they just counted hours, "pretending" not to understand that nothing served me, and also they need to pay the writer and proof-reader?!. Even though I had provided more than dozen sources that were MUST to use: none of them used! So not only late, but also a product totally different from the content (I had attached two attachments, each 4-5 pages explaining sources and methodology.) Even at Methodology: instead of using reports and case studies, they just wrote as some interviews were done, while I had 1rst criteria: No Interviews!. THUS, keep in mind: no one reads your instructions, they just masterfully copied the idea by other papers and paraphrased. Turns out in-text citation not appropriate; no page numbers nothing as per Harvard style as I requested, leading to a content that is not really linked to what they cite. At the end: they do not reply in chat and via email. Only some fake answer where they confirm a ridiculous amount only for the delayed hrs. Result: I was left with a BS (only an insane could submit in that status) and excluded from right to present the thesis for this year.”
