“Bargain Box has made my life so much easier! I can come home and not have to stress about what I'm going to cook that night. The recipes are delicious and bonus is they are easy to follow! This has been a game changer and saved me so much in buying unnecessary groceries! 10/10 RECCOMEND :)”

“Hi there, Thank you for what you and the team are doing at My Food Bag. I think the quality of your food and the service is very good. My wish is for you to expand your menus to include more seafood as I can only find one option each week which I think is inadequate in this day of age where lots of people enjoy seafood. “Regularly have quality control issues - meat leaking through bags, open packets etc. Even after being placed on a "quality control" list of boxes to be checked thoroughly we have still had an open packet. Such a shame as Bargain Box is so affordable and the meals are great.”

“Best thing we have done. It has taken all the pressure out of our week trying to juggle full time work & full time high school students & sports. It is so easy. Plus, the amount of vege we are eating has improved hugely as being so busy before signing up we would struggle to get a decent amount of veges in. With my food bag a huge focus is on vege & the unhealthy 'convenience' foods & recipes have disappeared. Loving it. Win win.”

“The recipes are pretty good however sometimes the best before dates put a lot of pressure on the order and dates you must cook the meals. Sometimes even the vegetables are not surviving 3-4 days when we get the 5 night bag which is very disappointing. I like the communication and the app however and the recipes are a good variety.”

“The food is good and choice of recipes is great. Would love a few more ways to make meal prep more efficient (most recipes have grated carrot/grated cheese/peel potatoes) which add heavily to time. Service is bad. I’ve had very slow and unhelpful response from customer service team. I hated the way that their surnames I dealt with were all food! It felt very patronising. I am still waiting for a manager to follow up a problem I had about 3 weeks after the admin team failed. I also signed up to get the free game chips and dip but that never came. I referred a friend who signed up but the credit never came. Things like this is a big put off and I will look at other food companies for the future. Sad as I do like your recipes! Your survey below doesn’t give all options. I used the contact form on your website initially. They took several days to reply (but not over a week) but there is no option below for that.”
