My Lula slip purchased from MFA and worn 4 times has fallen apart. I have phoned Lula Soul and I am entitled to a refund or replacement. I have tried to call you 7 times and sent 2 email on 6 February explaining the situation. Considering your shop is called My Friend Alice you are not being friendly. Why arent you calling back are you ok is your phone ok. 😒”
“They have the worse customer service ever. It took nearly 2 weeks to received the item I ordered. As soon as I got it I packed it up to return as it was hideous. It said I would find a return sticker in the package but no there was not. I followed the steps on the website and that did not work either. I made my own label and paid $9 to return. I emailed them once again an still nothing except an email for me to review .”
