Successfully placed an order for a pre-order item in the first week of March (for my son's birthday in the second last week of April. Day before my son's birthday I received an email stating my pre-order has been cancelled. Could have purchased this item from one of 4 websites but choose this one, next will choose any other than My Geek Box.

Do not ever use this company. No product has ever arrived despite chasing then for 4 months. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but they have not processed it. Stay away. Worst company ever.

SCAM! Took my order 10 months ago, kept pushing back the date of the pre-order, item is still on the website for pre-order (March 2022) but they have cancelled my order due to not being able to fulfil it. Wish I had read the reviews first. STEER CLEAR!

The level of communication is absolutely atrocious. 4 MONTHS LATER STILL NO ORDER OR REFUND. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible service. Wouldn't confirm I'd get a package before Christmas even though I'd ordered over 3 weeks before Christmas. Returns policy is clearly designed to put you off returning your item.

Let's start with I told them exactly what I thought. Terrible service, payments still pending since Oct 20th...and it's now 2022. Customer service is a quite laughable joke. DO NOT BUY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATS SO EVER!!! THEY WONT CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND KEEPING TELLING YOU IT WAS SENT OUT WHEN ON THERE WEB SITE IT SAYS PROCESSING STILL AFTER A MONTH!! NEVER GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER OR ANYTHING AND THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ONLY EMAIL WHICH IS A PAIN TO GET A HOLD OF THEM!!! MADE ITS BECAUSE WE LIVE IN THE STATES. BUT NEITHER WAY ITS A SCAM!!!

Took months for my order to ship only to find out they put the wrong address on my package. Still fighting with the delivery company just to get items I purchased months ago. Terrible service all around. This was my first and will be only purchase from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Pathetic "customer service"! Took 4 months for the item I ordered to arrive in my country and even in the same suburb. To only be notified someone on their end put the wrong address on the item, so it was sent back. To then be told the item I had pre ordered months in advance was no longer available anywhere!! Lucky I found a reputable company and had the item that was "out of stock everywhere" within a matter of days. Shop around, even if your desperate your better off waiting for a good company 👍

The worst company I have ever bought from apart from the fact it takes over 24hpurs for them to read messages and even longer to reply this was my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT IS STILL GOING! They posted a pop with no tracking from UK TO AUSTRALIA NO TRACKING it NEVER arriving I waited about 2months to ask where it is and I had to push HARD for a refund and now I am moving house this weekend and I still have a pop thats on back order with them and they refused to change the address to my new address (it has not been sent yet) and refused to cancel and refund the order! After countless contact and waiting for there delayed ass replies I got them to cancel (was not easy) only to just find out after asking where the refund is after waiting the normal time for a refund they stated they havnt charged me because they charge at dispatch! I HAVE ALL THE PAID RECEIPTS through afterpay and even them sending me my invoice that I paid like I am lost for words how horrible and Unorganised and unprofessional this company is! DO NOT ORDER HONESTLY FIND A BETTER REPUTABLE COMPANY!

A real shame as this company could be such a good company but their workers are so poor at their jobs that this company should be avoided, even if their prices look good. The hassle of constantly having to contact customer services (through an online message as they have no phone number) and their copy-and-paste responses after you report incorrect orders and missing items is just too frustrating. I have ordered three (3) times from MyGeekBox and three (3) times they have got my order wrong and delivered short. The first time I ordered four (4) of their boxes and only received three (3), the second time the same, and the third time I ordered six (6) items and only received five (5). The second time they said do I want a replacement, I said yes and they then got back and asked me to confirm. I said yes, please send a replacement. They got back and said is it the same address. I said yes. They got back and said we can't give you a replacement, only a refund. About six more messages and I eventually got the refund.This last time (only a couple of days ago) when I only received five items instead of six, I told them I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund for the missing box. Their response - can you send us a picture of the damaged item. What?!? One(1) out of five (5) stars. I would give less if I could.
