I use that product and love the smaller size for travel. I did not get it with my order. I have called and emailed numerous times but no one has ever responded. Not happy with your customer service.”

“I received my shipment, however the eye cream pump is not working and will not disperse cream. I contacted customer service two days ago and have not received a reply. This happened once before as well. Love the product but something is wrong with the pumps for the eye cream or there is no cream in them, one or the other. Hassle to return defective product and have run out of product with nothing to replace with. Thank you”
