Atrocious company They did not deliver my parcel but lied that they had. They make it impossible to claim back your payments. Customer service is almost non existent

Pickup booked for Friday. Not collected until Sunday. Got as far as National hub and then was apparently stuck, with no further movement tracked except for the target delivery date being moved on a day at a time until it appeared it was either lost or was at least going to be 5 days late. All attempts to get through to the office unsuccessful and was cut off several times from the automated voice. Then suddenly the tracking email worked again and showed it had already been delivered. Not good for peace of mind!Worrying. They do not seem properly organised at all.Maybe it's Christmas! Previous deliveries have been good so hooemthis is just a blip and doesn't happen again.

I have used My Hermes on a number of occasion and had started to form a reasonable opinion of the service that they offered...however .! I recently help my son to send a birthday gift to his girlfriend and was careful to take out insurance to cover the cost (£80). Amongst other things, it contained a small bottle of body spray, and when it was "lost" at the Hub, I was asked to raise claim. Long and short is that it is my responsibility to ensure that the article(s) sent are not on the prohibited list ie weapons, drugs, explosives, knifes, Blades, live animals, dangerous goods / acids, and of course PERFUME! When arranging to send the items clearly indicated that a body spray / perfume items was included, but having accepted it, my delivery and related claim is considered null & void. Not sure what happened to the package - was it lost or removed and destroyed? My son is now £80 out of pocket. Having spoken to many people about this - NOT ONE IS AWARE ! The irony is that I have just ordered perfume on line for my wife's Christmas, and from a reputable on-line dealer - did it arrive in the post...of course it did. There is clearly not enough understanding of this being a Prohibited Item, NOR when on-line retailers appear to use this as the only option available to them routinely....WHO CAN EXPLAIN THIS TO ME? This feels unfair, unjust, and that I have been discriminated against relative to their high profile business

I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent, no one seems to know what the drivers are doing and visa versa. I have had parcels waiting days to be picked up and this is TWICE this has happened, I made a written complaint with no apology. the first time I spent a week everyday chasing up a pickup I am disabled and unable to take them to a drop off. the last day I rang they phoned the driver who knew nothing about picking anything up until they rang. so I was lied to with them telling me someone was coming. the second time is what I am going through now. Parcels waiting and no pick up, lied to about someone coming for them. I rang up to find out there's know record of me phoning. Maybe i should ask for them to reimburse me for my phone bill and compensation for stress and money I have lost as an eBay seller.

What a absolute bunch of clowns!!!! From the customer service to the self employed waste of space cocks that pick up and deliver!!!! How this company is still a company is shocking!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! MYHERMES!!!! My worst most fustrating exsperience ever

had a parcel collected from Cannock [ a 6ft x 3ft parcel at that ! ] and my hermes still managed to lose it on route to Uttoxeter , all of 20 ? odd miles away. Tried contacting their support line, emailed and chatted to some ejits who had no idea what had happened to the parcel . To this day it is still " lost ", probably tucked away in one of the staff's homes . How any firm can lose a 3ft parcel beggers belief, a letter i could understand . Their website is rubbish at updating the parcels progress, all in all a rank outfit who shouldn't exist

They need to sort out their couriers. Used twice now, we didn't have anything else but trouble. In total three wasted days at home now not getting paid, parcels still didn't show up when they were supposed to, no way to reschedule a delivery FIT FOR YOUR NEEDS (like, no way to reschedule at ALL unless you just want them to "try" again and again and again on the off chance that you're in) and they don't even ring the doorbell. twice now.

Me, my family, colleagues and friends will never use your services, which includes me as a buyer - I will carefully watch and always ask the seller if she/he is using Hermes, if yes, I will buy somewhere else and I will notify the seller clearly about the reason of my decision. Maybe you will learn that £450 is nothing comparing to losing customers. You lose my wife's beloved camera worth £450 and you refunded me £300 after a month of real pain (first refund was 1/6 of the total loss). Customer Support is outsourced probably not even in the UK, they are using templates and don't even bother to say sorry, or only when they are forced to to do so. You insulted me, one time you replied that this parcel was handed to some "gentleman" at the door but you never showed me the signature and another day you replied me that the parcel seems lost. In the end you didn't even refund me the item value! RIDICULOUS. NEVER, EVER again.

Paid for next day collection 4 days later nothing no one even contacted us waste of time and poor customer service as cant speak to anyone on phone just directs you back to web page first and last time i will use this company terrible service

Waste of money, but worse than that a waste of my time. Like many people I work all week and my weekends are precious family time, it also means this is the only time I could guarantee being in for a courier collection, so I booked it for a Saturday. I have waited in for 12 HOURS and no one has turned up and no communication of any type. Tracking just says collection requested. Tried to call customer services which actually close at 6 pm but once I put my barcode in, it just redirects me to QVC customer services. Bizarre, as QVC don't have my parcel - it's still here with me and I paid HERMES to pick it up. Worst customer service ever!! , haven't had what I paid for and unable to speak to anyone either in person or on live chat. AVOID

Stayed in for thirteen hours, as instructed, across the pick up window. Nothing, no-one, no SMS, no email, no phone call, nothing. Danada. Avoid.

It's happened a few times with these guys. I've booked a parcel in and then you wait for pick up and nobody comes. Then two days later I get the courier come to pick up the parcel. I say "You were supposed to be here two days ago." he says "I wasn't working so not my problem." I say "Ok, I'm not sure I want to give you the parcel as I don't trust you to deliver it." Courier just turns around and walks off. Now I wasn't expecting a grovelling apology, but something to ease my apprehension would have helped matters. Either way - NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!!

We are are new online business and we wanted to find a courier company that was cost effective but whom we can trust. Any courier we use is an extension of our business because getting the parcel to the customer on time and in good condition is paramount to the customer experience. We decided to try My Hermes as they have competitive pricing and an easy to use website for booking, however on two occasions the courier failed to show up to collect our parcels (something we pay extra for). The customer service experience when trying to get this resolved was awful, unhelpful and lengthy. We eventually got a refund but we had to seek an alternative delivery method in the meantime, at extra cost to us, otherwise our customer would have had to wait weeks for their goods. We, perhaps foolishly, decided to give My Hermes another chance and things seemed to work well for a while, but yesterday the same thing happened again. The courier didn't show up, customer service was useless and it will take far too long to resolve. We will no longer be using My Hermes and would not recommend them to any other small business.

Myhermes must be the most useless, out of date delivery company on earth. My parcel arrived when no one was at home, and a note was put through the door. I had no idea that this company was even going to deliver anything, most modern delivery companies send you a text or email giving you a date and a one or two hour slot. I tried calling Myhermes, not possible, I did a web chat with them, waste of time, they could do little without a tracking number, but as I did not know a parcel was coming, how would I know it?? I gave them the number on the "we missed you" note, NO, that was no help, and nor where they. They then told me that the parcel would be delivered some time two days later, when I asked for a delivery slot, NO, they dont do them. SO, I have to stay in ALL day waiting for them to deliver. PLEASE, DO NOT EVER SEND ME A PARCEL VIA THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE SHARES IN THIS COMPANY, SELL THEM, YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE MONEY.

A parcel was not delivered to our address. When we looked on the tracking it said it had been delivered but we have CC TV and we checked but it most definately was not. We contacted them by email and live chat to no avail. In fact they were no help at all. These goods were not cheap and nobody is sorting this out. The service is appalling it seems that the delivery driver has said it was delivered but it's been stolen. Not a happy customer at all!

they told the sender we didn't open the door 3 times when they tried to deliver (they never left any note or tried to phone us) then that we refused taking the parcel, then that they delivered it to us and we signed it. none of these were true, they tried to make the sender pay them for sending back the parcel to him. the whole thing has been going on for more than 2 weeks, I needed to ask for refund from the sender because I had to buy the item from somewhere else at the end so we both are very uncomfortable thanks to myHermes. tracking the item on their website is also impossible, when I opened the link I never saw anything. this company should close up.

Had an awful experience ordering from boohoo delivery wise I don't know why I thought the second time round it would be any better! They really need to stop using Myhermes as their postage courier as they always mess up and lie! they claim they have visited for delivery in their tracking where as they haven't and think we are stupid! god knows how long this has been going on for and how long more it will! at this rate boohoo will lose all of their customers as the key to a successful online store is deliveryyy!!!! *IF YOU OPT FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BE SURE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT*S

Paid for pick up. I have been waiting the yesterday whole day no one to be seen. Next day, talked to their customer personnel and he assured me someone will pick up today, and I waited whole day again, no one pick up. Absolutely th worst customer service I have ever seen

Hermes should be placed right beside the definition of terrible in dictionaries. Worst, in fact non existent customer service. I paid for next day collection, needless to say there was no collection. There is no customer service no and now I know why, Hermes is not actually interested in customer service. Emails go unanswered, live chats get cut off after 1 min. After going through the FAQs, I foolishly decided to wait at home a second day, hoping the parcel would be collected. It wasn't and I am yet to receive any correspondence from Hermes. The customer was not pleased and cancelled the order. I wasted two days, lost a customer and revenue. Really terrible company .
